Well I get what you mean, and of course Contador is allowed to attack, but he should never bring other riders in danger with his attacking. He could've swept Froome off of his bike and got him out of the Tour. (Maybe we would like it, but it's not right)
Froome is free to let him go if he thinks Contador is taking risks. Nobody is forcing him to sit right on his wheel.
A journalist said this to him and he responded something along the lines of: 'Yes why don't I go and give him the yellow jersey then'
I mean come on, losing even 30 seconds out of your 4 and a half minutes advantage isn't going to do much damage, especially if you start smashing Pantani's/Armstrong's times on Alpe d'Huez a couple of days after
Meh. Froome is obviously going to follow Contador. He doesn't have a problem with following his attacks, he didn't have a problem with it yesterday. He can follow him, dodge his mistakes and drag him back to the group.
I mean, yesterday Cont tried to drop him, couldn't so pushed past his limit and nearly took them both out the tour. That is what Froome isn't happy about. I think he was also pretty pissed that Alberto caused it, yet it was Froome whom had to get a man back and do all the work to drag back.
Dafuq? When they crashed Froome was in front....
Froome was behind Contador when Contador crashed - hence Froome had to maneuver around him off the road. |

My guess; Evans to Orica.
By the way, Orica have made an offer for a GC guy.
But not Evans. Costa. Says he'll make a decision until the end of the month because most of the offers he's been made require a response until then.

Czech commentators reminding me now that Hansen is riding 6th GT in the row, incredible.

this is actualy smart move..it mean he can be 30 sec faster at final part
But again - allowing any push on tactical bike changes is highly criticizable. |
