Never seen a double post with the same thing written 4 times on each.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy

He's a great fan though. I still remember how Brutt-Ignatiev went in the break every day during the Giro and Tinkov was constanly hanging out of the window

Was a combination of using my mobile phone and not knowing the one tweet per post thing. |

Isn't it obvious that its not the real Oleg Tinkov or his account was hacked. |

Artem Ovechkin, Roman Maikin, Andrey Solomennikov are suspended by Rusvelo after a banned substance is found in samples taken at the Russian Championships. |

McQuaid says the UCI should not have accepted Armstrongs money but continues to say that that money was to buy an bloodresearch machine, not to cover up Armstrongs positive test.

Should I laugh out loud, or do an epic facepalm here? |

Turns out the RusVelo positives are the team doctor's fault
The three riders have been taking Salbutamol for their asthma for years (two of them since childhood), but the team's new doctor - like any doctor - has his own pet medicines so he decided to prescribe them a Fenoterol based drug instead, while telling them there was no difference.
Obviously they don't have an exemption for Fenoterol, only for Salbutamol, so...positive.
In this case I think it's pretty clear it's not attempted doping, as the effect of both substances is the same and they could easily get an exemption for Fenoterol if they wanted to since they have one for Salbutamol
RusVelo say that if the MPCC suspends them from racing for a month they'll accept it without any fuss

Interview with Hincapie on eurosport this morning.
Criticizes BMC for the reasons we already know: team is stuck in the 1970s, they just throw money at riders and nobody develops because BMC's idea of training is to tell riders "Your next race is X. Be there when the day comes and don't suck. See ya"
In short, it's Milram with money

That is why i really hope Sagan will avoid their money, they would kill his talent maybe.

Interesting interview on Libération (in French) with Saur-Sojasun's mechanic. I learnt a few things...
They inflate tires with pure nitrogen to reduce the pressure drop.
Also, he thinks/knows that the next evolution for brakes will be electric, coupled with a wifi command.
I wonder how it's going to work on a rainy day in the middle of a peloton, will the signal make other bikes break ? |
