Hi, how do i get this game to work with steam? I can't find the game saves in order to export them to the application. Thank you  |

This is not a game, it's the only the planner  But you should find the saves in the same directory as the CD game, which should be My Docs/PCM12/Users/username/Database/Solo/DB of career.

I started 2nd season with my team. I choose "New plan" and click Yes when ask to use the cyclist group from the saved planning. I extract .cdb (2nd january 2013 in game date) and all race participation is of cource missed up by automatic game planning after 31.12.2012. Is there any way to export in-race-participation from past seasson? Just like rider groups. Or should I click again this all races for groups? |

If you want to copy the race participation from last season, you have to use other tools, for example the excel editor allows you to select and copy multiple rows and/or columns.
The race participation will be deleted at the start of each season, therefore you would have to open a weeklysave from last season in on excel file, and you actual season in another excel. Then you can sort the table DYN_team_race on both excel by team and race so that you can copy certain cells from the old season to the new one.
But before you try to copy, make a backup of your actual career in case something goes wrong.

Season Planner can cause game to crash:when 25 teams are registered in dyn_team_race for a race that you select in the planner wich wasn't selected before ,planner adds a "forced" for your team in dyn_tea_race as the 26th team wich causes a crash or hang when starting that race.
So when it hangs on 'starting game server' better check that table in a editor. |

To save the planner, do i just hit Save Plan? Because I selected 8 riders for a race, for example, and at the rider selection screen it checks 6 of my 8 riders.
Or does your planner simply not have this feature??

Why would a season planner allow you to do everything, then force you to discard it?
Hit "Export to CDB" and select your save game.

And can I create fitness schedules, and if so, where?

Usually I click on the last field showing (I believe it's next year's budget), hit tab (to switch focus to the next field, in this case the button) and then hit enter. |

The game has certain rules when creating a fitness plan.
Read the explanation in the game if you don't know these rules.
Basically you have to fix the blinking weeks to create a valid fitness plan. |

Hey Lachi,
After planing my entire season with groups I imported the DB into the game. However, it somehow got screwed up a little.
- It didn't select all races that I had in my season planner. They are wildcard races, but some wildcard races got selected in game. (Paris - Roubaix, Tour de France, Gent Wevelgem didn't get selected), (Giro, Tour de romandie got selected)
- Using the current Planer I selected 8 riders for every race (where there are 8 riders) and checked "Prevent filling of cyclists". On the in game planner it says that I have selected 9/8 riders, but on the list there are only the 8 riders I in fact select. If I delete and add the race a couple of times it works again and shows me the correct number of riders...
I am using the: CM.daily's 2013 DB | All in One DB.

I don't see any problems. Your described exactly how my planner should work. In case you have not seen it, I explained it on the first page of my planner.
If you are a continental team, then you have to ask for wildcards in the game. (My planner uses the settings in the database so if you have a problem with it, then contact the DB makers.)
The option "prevent filling of cyclists" prevents the game from filling your squad with additional riders. If you don't like what it does, then don't use it. |

It's not a problem, it's a feature of my planner. As I have written on the start page of my planner, it's a hack. It makes the game see more riders than you have selected. But I can only repeat myself: If you don't like what it does, then don't use it.
@soulikah: Sorry but you have to give more details. Please provide the full error (you can find it in the file called Error.txt). Also try to describe what you did. |

OK so I simply tried to open my curent career cdb from the new plan button as described. while it is loading the message I wrote appeared. I tried it both on my laptop and my desktop with the same version of the data planner and same results both times but on different save games. The one on my PC is basically the same career only a more recent save.
I am using the steam client but I imagine that doesn't matter. I assume it updates automatically as all steam games do so I must have the 1.4 version of the game.
Your DB editor works perfectly on my laptop even solved the Plouay-Plouay problem 2 days ago all by myself.
The info you need I think is in the file DBLoader_error.txt
Here is a copy/paste of the text

If the error is in the file "DBLoader_error.txt" then there is data problem in your save.
Can you open your save in my editor?
You can attach your save to this thread so that I can have a look myself.
