i with the computer teams would be interested in winnign from time to time, im fed up of winning everything, dont even have to try hard to win mountain jerseys

The game already does this - you just need to accept the fact that it is from 12 in game kilometres, rather than a closer distance to the finish as in real life.
Yes i know, but the sprinting looks awfull I would be more than happy if the riders had a little bit more uniqe style of sprinting and if they could throw their bike over the finish line when it's close.

I've won bunch sprints with Samuel Sánchez, and I've gained some seconds by attacking on the final descent and sprinting to the line. One time I was pipped to the post- by Luis Leon Sánchez.
