If you really don't know what's "a" Machu Picchu, you totally should browse some history or travel books more (or Google)
But yeah, how did Machu Picchu never even get close in my mind... I believe I'm thinking too much in Rio. People should do that too, there'll be an Olympics going on there in a couple of years But really, the Amazon? Who the f*ck travels to the Amazon as a tourist? Honestly not anybody I know And still on that question, I guess "Statute of Jesus" means the Cristo Redentor. Even if worded differently, they mean the same thing, I believe these answers should merge

Whoops I misread, I thought it said South Africa And I think "NO ANSWER" answers take away the integrity of the game away and should be given zero points. Laziness and/or does like the question should not be rewarded. Just my opinion.

Would you rather have light or be able to communicate with people from anywhere. Tough one, you still all should have gone with Alexander Graham Bell. |

Wow i'm an idiot
I answered December 26th for the date one, thinking that it was Christmas. It's scary that I don't know what day Christmas is
Plus I accidently put Peyton Manning instead of Eli. I'm definently not going to win this round |

I had a great round. It could have been better as I was about to choose Edison instead of Bell. Still very nice |

The lets make incorrect answers 0 points for the same reason...
It shows Laziness and/or doesn't like the question...

Actually that shows stupidity which this the name of the game...
No answers just ruin the fun of the game. For example what if 5-10 people said no answer on a question and somebody that had a perfectly good answer got like 3 points. Is that fair to them? Incorrect answers almost always get 1 point so why punish them even more?

So why punish someone who cant think of an answer?
I thought it was supposed to "test knowledge", not who can use google...
I could spend a few hours on google and get a perfect round every time with enough research, should i do this instead of using my own knowledge?
Would it be fair, yes, as that would be people being with Stupid so saying No Answer and getting 5 is fine, as it follows the rules

1. Name something white.
2. Name a rock band, that's formed since 2005.
3. Name a PCM.daily user with less then 946 posts.
4. Name a climb (related to cycling) which is lower then 1 km.
5. Name an ice hockey player that has played in both NHL and KHL (excluding Malkin and Ovechkin).
GL!

Again Ice Hockey
And for Q4, "lower then 1 km" as in "the summit is below 1000 meters above sea level"? It looks obvious, but yeah it's just to be sure |

*Shaking My Head in Disbelief* Seriously, what if every decided to put No Answer then everyone would get a perfect score. Using No Answer is a ploy to get a few points without trying. How does that seem fair at all to the people that actually put in the time and effort to at least write down an answer no matter if it is way off or the best answer possible?

Then everyone would be Stupid and with each other...
Its easier than using google yes, but i've never seen a No Answer get more points than a real (correct and obvious) answer.
May not be fair, but its only a game. Its not cheating...
I_Mayo
Nice questions, if a bit too specific for my liking.
Nice variation and a variety of answers.
Why was every single Rock Band i know/think of/find formed before 2005! seriously!
still i got an answer

Question 2 last round
Lets just say if this continues to happen I wont be playing anymore. It ruins the game.

True, but it made little difference to the results.
But in q1 it was only me, so why should i be punished as well
or all the people who only get 1pt who would only get 1pt
Would you rather that instead of No Answer people just gave something that was plainly wrong?
No-one knows if someone else is gonna write No Answer. Also i though Jsea used No Answer when someone doesnt give an answer.
anyway, clearly we wont agree...
hope you keep playing...

No, it's not, the point of the game is to see if you can think as most people think, and for that 'no answer' is quite stupid. The questions have run a little bit off the purpose and forced us to use Google some (or perhaps most) times, but the point of the game remains the same

You hit the point i was aiming badly for...
I only use no answer cause i feel using google is cheating.
i want to see if i can think like people not google's top results
