Good move for him, he needs to get some chances for himself.
Indeed, especially because his breakthrough has come quite late ( he's already 28). |

We've lost Farrar, Von Hoff and Kreder (?) and got no one in return. Navardaukus is now the only person on the team who can remotely sprint. Huge downgrade IMO. Viviani was the rider I was looking forward to the most from the merger.
Von Hoff is not confirmed to leave so far and I have a feeling he will stay unless Vaughters has lined up another sprinter for 2015.
And maybe there are not pure sprinters in that roster, but with Navardauskas, Haas, Skrejping and Bettiol, there is some talent in the team for tougher finishes. Even Howes proved he can win a flat finish from reduced bunch in smaller races.
There are not many races at WT level you really need a sprinter, and for continental races- they may just skip the flat races and that's it.
A decent sprinter would do well for that team, but I guess it's not easy to hire one when you can offer neither big money nor much support for races. I'm satisfied with that roster, because it contains a huge amount of talent and prospects for good results in hilly races, some decent GC options for stage races and the team won't be totally forceless for flattish races with Navardauskas and Langeveld as well. You can't have everything with Cannondale size of budget and I would rather have a focus on hilly and mountainous races, than on flat sprints and TTs, as it was around 2010. |

I hope that gives him a new lease on life, disregarding injuries and illness Ejissen hasn't recorded a significant individual result since joining BMC.

Ilia Koshevoy signs with Lampre for 2 year. Koshevy best result is 13th at Tour of Utah and winning U23 Italian classic last year.

He was constantly climbing with the likes of Hermans in Utah and was the last rider to stay with the top 3 climbers Danielson, Horner and Anacona once, so that's definitely a good move for both sides.

It is finally official... https://www.teamsk...sPU9led.97
Glad I called this one
I am hearing Gatto to CCC. Would be some signing. We'll see in upcoming days. Gatto has offers from Nerri I believe too and for me Neri should be his choice anyway.

Hopefully if they get a good sprint train organised for him then he should deliver the wins |

Several sites have now Edward King as confirmed rider for Cannondale in 2015, although I can't find any news confirming it.
I wonder what has he done to secure a new contract above some other guys in Garmin and Cannondale who had much more noticeable performances in recent years. |

You can`t have leaders only.
King is a solid domestique working for the leaders. |

Ted King is also a tremendously popular man because of his blog and twitter feed. That's good publicity for the team.

Tim Roe will join Drapac next year. After taking a timeout from cycling in 2013 (back and hip pain), he comes off a solid comeback year spent with Budget Forklifts, finishing 2nd overall in Australian National Road Series.
Will follow him closely

Roe had a great season in the NRS, moving to Drapac gives him a pathway back to the top level and I wish him well after the injuries he has suffered.
Drapac also signed Sam Spokes from OPQS feeder team Etixx
