IKEA isn't exactly squeaky clean as a company. It's not straight up evil like some, but as any major multi-national it has a number of issues and controversies.
In other news Terry Pratchet has died.... His books were incredible

No ManGame team has disbanded yet. Assumed anyone planning to quit the game, while being around, would have the decency of actually telling me

Now, that's sad
One my favorite writers. RIP, awesome collection of discworld releases..
Not entirely surprising given his Alzheimers, but yes, very sad indeed. Definitely up there as one of my favourite authors, I'll miss having no new Discword stories (although I think there may be one more, which had already been finished). At least there are so many to go back to and read again!

Sorry..but I wasn't planning anything before I took a break from the site, would've made things easier on you if I made up my mind before that, my bad

I'm back from my short hiatus from Daily. Apologies for any troubles my sudden disappaerance has caused, mainly for the DB team. I had a really important exam and decided to reduce the time spent online to a minimum.
Cool!
Yeah I've been playing football for 9 years now and I can't imagine quitting it. I'll probably have to switch club(due to living somewhere else) soon but I'll definitely stick with it.
I have also played football before... I do not regret one second, that I did quit, because I simply love something else, handball, you should definitely try it, as you get excitement for 60 minutes instead of boredom for 90 minutes
Some-one mentioned Handball! Yay! Shame i hvn't played it in over a year (curse my f*cked up knees!).
I miss playing football. I remember when i was 16 and taking my GCSE's at school. My friends and I would play 2hours for school activity, then go straigt to a different field and play another 2hours. 30mins for dinner and back out for another 1hour. We'd finish off with another hour after some revision and before bed.
The four of us would rack up over 20hous a week for roughly 2 months. It was just purely for the fun of it. Certainly i've never been in as fit a condition as during that summer.
Hvn't played football properly since then! The occasional kickabout in the summer time... but these days i'd rather through an American Football about or Handball or go cycling (goddamn i can't wait to fix my knees)

Welcome back, hope the exam went according to plan.
I really love playing football/soccer, will play it a lot at school and with my friends, I want to join a club, but I have cycling on weekend mornings, so I can't really, I play a lot of futsal, which I like even more due to the fast speed, you need to be able to run hard the whole 30 minutes, which really suits me and of course, cycling is the number 1 for me.

Apple rant incoming, you have been warned!
Spoiler
What the f*ck is up with the Apple watch! A $350, at cheapest, add-on to you $400 iPhone. Holy mother of god we've hit the f*cking Apple nexus point where they can now litteraly sell you anything if it has the letter "i" in front of it.
Never before have i seen such a mind numbingly idiotic product, except this time Apple has been beaten to the punch by a range of Android based products. So they can't even claim to be leading the idiot brigade this time, and are actually jumping on someone elses gravy-train.
And of course the android devices are better! Massively cheaper, higher quality and don't require a $400 piece of tech to work. I cannot fathom the point of the iWatch if you need an iPhone in your pocket for it to work. Litteraly every single function the iWatch could do can already be done by the iPhone that is quite litteraly 4inches away.
Don't have an iPhone? Well then your iWatch is a $350 watch than needs charging once-a-day (don't even get me started on the battery life of this f*cking "watch" and will be obsolete in 6months.
I cannot think of another actual watch that needs charging once-a-day (oh look i got started on the battery life). A watch should be useable 24hrs a day 365days a year for a decade. That's the whole point of a watch! Let alone the fact everyone has a phone with a clock on it already, that is litteraly 4 goddamn inches from your idiotic iWatch bullsh*t.
You know what's even better? iWatch 2 will launch in ~November and cost another $350. That's $700, plus the $400 for an iPhone ($1100) except you'll need the iPhone 8 to use the iWatch2 and that's gonna be $600 ($1300 total). I see you banged you arm on a wall and now the screen is cracked on your iWatch2, well we can't actually fix that and your warantee ran out as soon you took it out the box. It's December and you've spent $1650 already. Add in apps so lets take that up to $1700. Add in 3 or 4 pairs of headphones to bring us up to $1800. And of course you broke your iPhone8 screen because you're a moron so we're up to $1900 and it's not even Christmas! Present time, you have to buy iWatch2 gift cards for all your moron friends so we are roughly $2100 at this point. Charger broke over Christmas, but you need the specific iWatch2 charger, another 50bucks please. Apple made $2150 off your stupid ass in 10months.
