I love how Kwiatek races! It's amazing to have him attack so often, and even when it fails - 2nd place. Third in GC is wonderful too!
Thank you very much bikex!

Damn it. Ciolek and Kittel look set for a quarterfinal group which would be a major disadvantage. We should think about how we can avoid team mates from going against each other as long as possible for future seasons...
Avenir starts good for VW.

Good attacking riding from Bardet to hang on to 2nd place, Chevrier won the Young Riders so pleasing result, but the sprinters were a bit of a disappointment ...
... and a chance for them to repeat that disappointment in the Sprint Challenge (Cav being banned from this race after going out in the first round!).

Good 4th place for Mapemba in the Avenir prologue.
Nice draw as well for us in Quebec with Nizzolo and Veelers split up possibly to the Semi's if I read it right Love the format of this race though, thanks bikex!

Same from me here, it looks like Groenewegen and Alaphilippe clashing already in the Round of 32 which would be a sad thing

Stages 3+4 of Avenir and first round of Quebec Sprint Challenge posted: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....st_1226351
About the draw: I know it's not ideal for some teams to have their riders clash early already, but it is impossible to make sure this doesn't happen in any case before the semifinals. I checked that it wouldn't happen in the first round this time, next year I maybe can also ensure team mates won't clash in the Round of 32 as well, but after that it will always be possible. Also for most teams it's no big disadvantage anyways to have riders compete against each other, as anyways 2 proceed to the next round. |

Geissler has taken in some form in this race

Kragh and Colbrelli in the same group, hopefully my Dane talent can lead Sonny out? He is in good shape right now.

No that won't happen. They are put in different teams on the startlist. |

McLay actually made it through. Better than last year when he miraculously DNF'd.

Good performances by Cuadros and Pulido in Avenir, glad to see them continue the strong dynamic approach of VDP and navarro of previous seasons. thanks bikex!

Damn it. Ciolek going up against Kittel must be the hardest possible draw for him.
