If the ES commentators are correct, Greipel just missed out on giving us a 9 man squad for Qatar by ONE position, which would be absolutely horrible for Germany's chances.

Your sprint train is Degenkolb-Greipel-Kittel. STFU
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Only one of Greipel and Kittel is going I think. Greipel said this week he's only going as leader.

Apparently we needed a Top 3 and a Top 10 to get enough points, but I don't know when the deadline is. If this was the last race that counts, yep it's only 6.
How ironic if Greipel will lack crucial support because he couldn't be arsed to pedal the last 50 metres here. Call that shooting yourself in the foot.

I saw some seconds in between in the results, will it make a difference for Germany then?

A DQ is still not enough, that guy should not receive a bike again.

The guy is just being an asshole over and over again, and that image makes it easier for judges to simply DQ him, now the UCI should be wise and give him a more severe penalty for being an idiot who cannot sprint in a normal, safe way.

But he did nothing wrong. hardly moved off his line and no one was next to him anyway. How is it any different to that Giro stage Greipel took Ewan dancing?

Greipel still moves up to 10th so it does make a difference.
I didn't even realize the move watching live, but I see the jury's point. Maybe more of a 70-30 decision to keep the result, but it's Bouhanni...

More cyclocross madness as Tim Merlier wins the sprint in GP Zottegem (1.1), earning me quite some PCM cash

Adrien Costa beasting it once again and winning the ITT. Pretty sure I heard they will broadcast the last 2 stages on Eurosport on Friday and Saturday. |
