Just a question about training, Im fairly sure but just wanted to re-confirm the process for sending in any training is with a PM to SN titled something like:
[Training] Man Game Team
And then list your training in the PM?

Nope. Just include it in the section in your Transfer file when you send your final Transfer file to me.

Alright a new question now about training. I plan to train Lo Cicero who's hill stat is a 59 currently, while his average is 75.33. By my calculations I can train his hill stat 3 times (under the Rider Average Exemption rule) for a total cost of 600k (100K + 200k + 300k)
Am I still allowed to train his hill stat for a 4th time, just without the Rider Average Exemption "discount" and if so, what would that cost, added on to the already 600k spent?

The fourth time would cost the amount of the AVG stat, 75, so 500k

Just a quick question: If a rider is at 4.99 in terms of XP and he races 1 classic at HC level, which gives him 0.5 XP at level 4; does that mean it is rounded up to 100 and so he becomes maxed out for the next season?

XP points are rounded down. So he'll still be on 4.99 unless he does more HC races

XP gets rounded down.
But remember that one classic = 2 race days. Therefore he gets 1 xp from the classic, and would indeed max out.
