Works better on mobile version.
Funny that I thought he had signed for Cambodia Cycling Team this year but apparently not.
EDIT: nevermind, Rebellin races on: https://www.cycli...pro-ranks/

Haha and it was announced today too, perfect timing
To think that he has been a pro from the beginning of the Indurain era till now is absolutely amazing. I still remember a young Contador (24) beating a veteran Rebellin (36) in Paris-Nice, and Contador retired almost 4 years ago! |

Right on cue, Rebellin has a ride and will turn 50 in the professional peloton.

Am I the only one that is wondering what the hell is happening with the Hirschi situation?
Ever since the whole contract ordeal - and the "we don't want him" because the sponsors don't want to be associated with him, he hasn't raced, and despite him appearing in like 3 startlists now, he's been removed from all of them.
I wonder what the hell is happening behind the scenes. If it is something doping related or if there's something much worse that is not coming out and is handled behind closed doors (me thinks something along the line of harassment or something like that...). |

You're definitely not the only one. I'm getting flashbacks to Riccò, young rider with sudden great reults and lots of rumours.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

There’s certainly something suspicious going on. Can’t really say for sure if it’s doping connections or misconduct (around the likes of Moscon/Simmons), but either way all this confidentiality does not bode well for his popularity; and if it were a positive test for any substance I think the press would have probably be notified? Wonder if he’ll be at the start of Strade Bianche or Paris-Nice. |

By the way, the finish in Katowice where Jakobsen’s crash took place has been banned from this year’s race.
Still, a remarkable recovery, let’s hope we can see him race again in the Summer. |

Alarcon has been suspended for 4 years and lost his 2 Volta a Portugal wins. Shock is zero. |

"Former British Cycling and Team Sky chief doctor Richard Freeman has been found guilty of ordering banned testosterone in 2011 "knowing or believing" it was to help dope a rider."
This is far from the end of the story, but it's a key point in the long running case of Dr Freeman, as it's the first real marker that puts British Cycling and Team Sky in the hot seat.
To be clear, this is not the same as saying "Sky doped". There is still enough of separation between the two to note. But like Ferrari was busted for doping practices, whilst he was working with Lance, it raises very awkward questions. Expect this to continue to run, but don't expect much a new investigation into Sky without some more real evidence (like a positive test or two, a la Lance/USPS)
had to reference to Lance as a good example, but also i read Tyler Hamilton's The Secret Race this week so it's in my head

What a wasted opportunity to revive the Sky Doping Thread.

Apparently Remco Evenepoel apparently stoked even more the fire surrounding the Fabio Jakobsen and Dylan Groenewegen incident from last season.

JTL has made some fairly interesting declarations, after the whole Freeman case. Brailsford still hasn't commented, but once again, its coming to light that Sky were (and are, lol) a bunch of hypocrites. Brailsford still hasn't commented on any of this, but one can't help but feel like, if someone tries to dug deep, it will all come crumbling down fast. |

So the north of France is back into lockdown putting Paris-Roubaix at peril of cancellation/postponement, rumour has it. I really wish it can go ahead, fml otherwise. |
