Bring it one more round (and maybe let choose TMM another rider for 2nd pick).
That is how we are going to do it: There will be a 3rd round, the draft ranking will be drawn rather sooner than later.
TMM is allowed to change his 2nd pick until the 3rd round starts if he wants to.

I'll change Aidan for Ethan Hayter. Ok he'll be at Sky but as he's not an obvious GC talent he should still get chances to develop and deliver in a few years. (The first rider on my list would actually have been Brunel But Ethan will do).
And you shouldn't just do one round, as it won't be fairly balanced. Either do two or none, to keep it fair for all.

Okay guys, the draw will come today Prepare to start the next round tomorrow on the 8th of November on 21:21
@TMM: balance is fair as outcomes on this draw will influence scores in the next draw. This will already happen for this draw, as Pick #1 and #30 obviously is better than #15 and #16.

Can you explain how this draw effects the Round 4+ draw? And how the 1-2 draw affects the Round 3 draw?
Because the whole point of a serpentine draft (ABCCBA) is that it is fair, so whilst #1 gets an advantage that is canceled out by being #30 to total 31, with #15 + #16 also totalling 31.

Quoted from rules:
Draft System:
- Different system for kick-off draft than for future draft
- Randomized numbers (1-1000) determine draft ranking
- Each draft new draw of positions
- High pick in last round -> lower chance of high number in next round (lower range to reach up high f.e. 1-700)
E.g. in the draft the top competitors from last round will be handed a slight malus on the possible draft range. Each according to their positions. High draft positions will have a decreasing effect on the next couple of drafts.

Yes of course, but the serpentine draft is only completely fair if objective gaps are equal between every pick, which they obviously aren't in this draft pool.

Just keep the reverse of this draft when we have Round 4 and I guess it'll be fair (redraft for Rounds 5 and 6 if they also happen at the same time)...

I don’t even have a five rider shortlist now. This is looking good for me to random pick. |

Great pick df, had no idea he was still eligible and so shocked he made it this far.
Tough choice for me (guys we let Menten turn 22 last week, we're all stupid!) but despite the lack of elite racing I'm swayed by climbing talent, a MTB skillset and an impossibly French name and so with the 32nd pick of the inaugural 21 and Done draft, jandal doth select

Clément Champoussin
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Storer actually performed better than Hindley this year and I had no idea he was younger than him. |

Well, it was a tough choice for me between two riders, a climber/puncher and a sprinter/classics guy. In the end, I chose the former as my third round pick and someone who I hope will make a step up in 2019...
