Can someone explain the training camps to me? Can't find any cobbles, mountains, sprints or hill training camps, Only Giro, TdF, Vuelta and team trial + these green arrows. What type of training camp is that, everything or is it anything specific?

Green arrows show: Training camp
Giro, TdF and Vuelta show Reconnoitring training camp
Time tiral shows: Team time trial training camp.
So i think it's not possible to do mountain, sprint, hill, cobble or ITT training camps anymore. It is possible to do the normal training camp (the green arrow) troughout the whole year. So i think that's the training camp to boost your form and thus your skills.
It's true that fitness plans aren't editable anymore? Is it only affected by the 3 seasonal goals? Someone's post sounded much like that... It would be really disappointing if so

You can still change your rider's shape, a bit in the same style as Be-A-Pro last year.
Team -> Preparation -> Select rider at the bottom left (below the rider profile) -> Beneath the calendar set the training schedule in terms of intensity per week.
You can also preset your line-up for races. In the same screen, click the arrow to the right to scroll past every week. Click one of the races at the top, and then at the bottom you can select riders for each race.
And yes this took me quite a while to find out, it's become unnecessarily complex. At least they got rid of the ridiculous leader-domestique system
I'm probably missing something obvious, but I cant get the editor to work. When I try to launch it, I get a message saying you need to launch PCM before launching the editor, and that I need a profile. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Ah thanks. It works with the follow option. Sadly it appears pretty useless. I tried it out with a 9 man train and my last rider also got tired pretty quickly. I will not use it in career. So far, the game feels broken, although the UI is much better.
what did you expect? of course your last rider is also getting tired. He's just getting less tired.
Well, when I'm pulling on the front with Kennaugh and Froome is 8 riders back, he shouldn't be dead, when Kennaugh has done his turn. When you go around 170 HR with the front rider, all others behind are above 160 HR and that is wrong.
I have to say, played one Pro Cyclist race so far, so not long in the game, but I'm impressed. Even little things like flicks of the elbow to say a rider is pulling off the front and the AI also seems to get annoyed at other AI teams for not working in the break. Be interesting to see how career is though.
When you can't decide between two options, flip a coin. Not because the result of the coin will choose for you, but because, in that split second before the coin lands, you'll know what side you want it to fall on.
Do you know whether there is any difference between PCM (PC version) and Le Tour de France (PS4 version) apart from the name? I mean, can I play carreer mode (or Pro team) on PS4 too or it would be only available the TDF as a race?
Thanks.
There is only the Tour de France on PS4/XBOX One. For Career Mode and Pro Cyclist etc. you'll have to buy the pc version.
