Really have to advise you, that if you plan on doing a kidnapping, it's much harder to track if you pay with cash.

To the Starting Line, Grand Opening Event!
The atmosphere is electric and the riders are revving to go.
To make things a little bit competitive the cyclists divided into two teams.
| Team A | | Team B | | Agwe Ash | | Bastian Rollins | | August Charvis | | Blake Ronda | | Kai Cookson | | Chaz Johnson | | Lyron Rollins | | Emeterio Amory | | Oneil Samuels | | Henry Manuel | | Tajo Sylvester | | J.J. Pike | | Vincent Haly | | Jaden Le Juez | | Zak Evelyn | | Mendo Celestine |
Unlucky draw for Ajay Quashie, but he didn't seem to care. He is off somewhere joking with the fans. And Fernando Infanta sits out due to injury.
Who you pulling for? Will a sprinter take it or will a sneaky attacker steal it?
Jersey and T-Shirt Sales!
We are selling replica jerseys and t-shirts in a bundled package during the event.
To purchase one, give this post a Thumbs Up. To cover the overhead costs we need to sell five bundles, but every unit we sell sold over that we will make a $100 profit. Sales close at the end of the race (in three hours from now).
Memberships will also be available for purchase after the event.

Island Runners #FirstRide is a Smashing Success!
KINGSTON, Jamaica - On a sunny, humid day in the heart of Jamaica, a new shinning idea captured the hearts of the local people.
The Island Runners, a newly founded and community funded cycling team based in Kingston, Jamaica, unveiled its program to the natives on Sunday with a Grand Opening Event that included a criterium race around the University of Technology.
While most came to the event for the seven lap race, they also got a pleasant surprise from a surprise visitor. University of Technology alumnus and local icon Usain Bolt was in attendance.
With Bolt taking in the action, it was only fitting that the inaugural #FirstRide for the Island Runners would be on a pan flat, very short course of 52kms.
Sprinter from the Bahamas Zak Evelyn and Jaden Le Juez were named leaders for two separate teams and they did a school yard pick to determine their teammates for the event. Ajay Quashie (not picked) and Fernando Infanta (injured) did not participate in the race.
The Island Runners took it easy on the first lap.
"We agreed to a neutral start," said Kai Cookson. "It gave us a chance to wave at all the fans that came out to support us, it was truly remarkable."
About 10,000 people watched on as J.J. Pike made the first attack halfway through the second lap.

A brave move from the 15-year old climber. No one wanted to follow.
The chase lasted for four laps before August Charvis thought his teammates weren't moving fast enough.

A silly move, but he is still learning.
"I thought I could get away, I was very wrong," Charvis said.

Panic started to set in with Pike still up the road as the bell rang on the final lap. And, to be fair, Charvis was right - his teammates didn't time the chase well.

"I don't know what say," Pike said following the win. "It's an amazing feeling to take on my teammates and somehow hold them off, especially in front of this crowd. Score one for the young guns."

"I couldn't have asked for anything better," said owner Mresuperstar. "I would have been happy to see 100 people out here, to get roughly 100 times that is mind blowing. Looks like we must be doing something right. Got to keep the momentum rolling forward."

Whose Been Putting In Some Work?
Just realized I haven't really talked about development or internal scouting yet. It's hard to keep everything straight. But, no excuse, here is what you need to know.
Once a month I'll allow the members to have the opportunity to get to know the cyclist's talents better. While I believe evaluations are all subjective (it's the riders heart and determine that really matters), I understand the community and the media world thrive on wanting to know who is the best on paper.
I provided an initial evaluation report when scouting the cyclists to bring them into the team. Here is quick refresher of that (Jace Fandor, explosive Kosmo Hay, Levi Saunders and Hennrick Sweeney were released):
As you can see a majority of their stats are covered up. Once a stat is uncovered it will be consistently updated. While the cyclist are constantly training and developing, you do get the chance to make an impact. Here are your options:
Overview: 1 Available This reveals the average of one cyclist.
Uncover: 3 Available This reveals one stat of one cyclist.
Donation: 3 Available This upgrades one stat of one cyclist.
Investment: 3 Available This upgrades one stat limit of one cyclist.
This is first come, first serve and only open to founding members and members. Not a member? Well, you're in luck. For a limited time you can still join here.
Comment below with the task you want (one per member), the cyclists you want it for and (if needed) the specific stat targeted.
Also notice that only a certain number of people can do a certain task, make sure to double check if that option is still available and if you get za(r)bel'd.
I think that's it. If you don't understand or are confused, leave questions below as well and I'll answer them as soon as possible. The results of this will be included in the development section of the end of month review.

Yep, could you also include Donation in the post like Mars did so it's quicker to tell what option you choose.
And to Mars: Perfect.
