Thanks for the nice reports.
I'm not really sure if I like that kind of shaming members, but thans not in my decision. What I do like is how Hirt delivered here (especially because I just expected a Top10 from him). So it's not that big of a problem that Bole couldn't do much.

It's not like their absence from discussion Threads is of any secret - sammy, for example, did annonce he would be away. Afterall, this game relys on the activity of those, who made the commitment to take part. Of course I won't always cry and put up such a list, but it's actually quite helpful to check your activity from time to time.. Especially when reporting a (mini) GT, it's quite frustrating to see just half of the managers interested.
Congrats to Hirt anyway. He definitely impressed me here.

Just because I had some time (and Oleg made me fall in love with shame lists), an overview of who posted in this discussion thread - just those managers listed, who brought a team here!
Key facts: Preview + 12 stages - just two managers (huge thanks) reached a 1 comment per stage ratio.. 8 managers with less than two comments.
Manager | Team | Success | Comments | baseballlover312 | Carlsberg – Danske Bank | Koep DNF | 13 |
I really like these lists! It makes me feel like I did win something here after all!
Obviously not a successful tour here for me, but with all the unfortunate events that happened, we got a couple of podiums from Razzie and we were in the breakaway a lot. So we did what we could. On to the next one I suppose. Great reports tsmoha!
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy

I have been following the stages as they came up and made a solitary comment which reflected exactly how my team had done for the duration of the race, i.e. nothing.
tsmoha, you did a great job writing the reports and I feel it's sufficient to tell you that once, with the race now finished.

Pretty good race for the team, haven't totalled up how many points we gained yet but the riders seemed to be active on almost every stage, with Bravo being in the break 3/4 times and Godoy with his Herculean effort on stage 2. Would have been nice to have 2 in the top ten but 5th and 11th is not bad. Congratulations to Compal for well deserved victory, and special thanks to tsmoha for some rapid and quality reporting despite the seeming lack of interest.

I agree it is shame to see so less interest in the mini GT of CT, but then again we should be aware that summer is here and reports were made with a great speed (12 stages in six days, wonderful job Tsmoha). I don think being away for six days during summer is something strange. But ofc this had not to be the case for all the managers on the lower part of list of shame and i can already smell a pattern of very small activity from some of these guys in first two months of the season.
Anyway, great reporting tsmoha and what a dramatic race. Congrats to Compal, strange to see them being successful for a change.
I am surprised by Signorigni being able to withstand flat riding, with his terrible flat stat, but after seeing Bos in Qatar, we can expect anything really.

FYI - to you and anyone else - a hit rate of 1 or 2 posts in a 12 stage race is not enough if you want to stay in the game at the end of the season, whether your team is doing anything in a particular race or not. Being part of the game isn't just about only commenting on your team and ignoring everything else.
And tbh, the best time to comment on the report quality is during the race, not after.

Well, clearly he wasn't following it as closely as all that. He won stage 12 and didn't even notice it..... |

Signori is a huge shock to me, would expect the way more roundet GC-riders to fight it out here. Compal dominating as expected is also nice to see. Will be really interesting to watch Signorini in the remaining mt races where he has been given a chance really. Thanks for thrilling reports once again tshoma!

Nice reporting from TSM, and an interesting race to follow. I too was surprised to see Signori in particular not be limited by terrible back-up stats - I expected him to be dropped heavily on some of the flat sprinter stages when any wind appeared. Don't think it is too good from a wider game perspective when these 1-d riders do so consistently well. Nice to see them pop up now and again in their own terrain, but surviving through 12 varied stages a surprise. Thorsen picking up stage victories is kinda in the same bracket as well, but I guess CT is the place for 1-d riders (with only 1 leg! ) to try their luck and occassionally deliver.
Nice victory for Compal, even if a number of similar rated riders seemed to struggle more. The three mtn stages played an important role but were not as monstrously destructive as last year's race. Decent rides by a number of riders who rode for Nutresa last year, although I had expected slightly more from Ochoa Quintero at the outset, perhaps even victory, even if the gaps were quite close in the end.
Half-way through the race I was wondering if some of the teams had gambled too much on this race sending such strong squads (Alpina being an example), but on reflection I guess the big reduction in CT race days means that there is more opportunity to pack riders in start-lists - not sure that squad depth was as well rewarded as it may have looked possiblr on paper pre-race.
