I back up Mathieu van der Poel, but he is riding on the road for BKCP-Powerplus, the same as his CX team. Letting him go might not happen.
I suggest Woet Poels, who would be a great superdomestique/Co-Leader, but he is in a cushy contract with Leeinders... I mean Sky!
A great rider who would develop into a Tejay van Garderen type Time-Triallist GC rider is Tom Dumoulin, who in my opinion would be better off away from Giant. However, they love him and he loves it there, so probably no.
I am going to stop wishful thinking now.
The Kreders would be a great addition to the squad.
Markus and/or Hofland would be great leaders
van Baarle
ten Dam
I was a bit late to the party, if I copied you it was a compliment.

15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

ok, my rider suggestions:
Lars Boom is a very strong classics rider and domestique.
Sebastien Langeveld is a strong classics rider and domestique.
Moreno Hofland is a strong younger rider.
Tom-Jelte Slagter will make a good puncheur for the team.
Tom Veelers will make a great lead-out man or sprinter.
Stef Clement is a strong roleur and time-trialist.
Koen de Kort will make a strong lead-out man.
Jos van Emden is another strong roleur.
Robert Gesink is an older climber who may want to move to a continental team.
Boy van Poppel, his brother Danny is probably to good, but Boy is a good young sprinter/lead-out who can do well is PCT
I might think of some more, but other people have said most my suggestions...

I would leave the Kreder family out, due to their roles on Roompot-Orange. Feel free to protest ;)
do you agree with the roles? Is there anyone to add? :) |

We will keep in mind Dumoulin, ten Dam, Boom, Langeveld, Slagter and Gesink, but at this point they are too strong for the Pro-Continental Tour.
Talking about de Kort and Veelers, we would try to break in the epic Giant-Kittel-Sprint-Train. Maybe a co-captain role would convince them of coming to us. So if you really want them, there is a chance...
Clement just signed with IAM, he would also be really hard to get.
We will try to go for van Emden as a domestique, the van Poppel brothers as Sprint-Captain/Lead-Out man, and Poels as Tour-Captain
I will add some riders too our focus soon

Mathieu van der Poel is a very talented puncheur who can be a star.
Robert Gesink might try to prove that he is still good enough for results so he might move at us.
Moreno Hofland is a talented sprinter.
Tom Jelte Slagter is a good puncher who won 2 stages at 2014 Paris-Nice.
Lars Boom is a very strong classics rider
Barry Markus is a young sprinter.
Steven Kruiswijk was a very talented rider until the crashes made him weak.but he came back really good in 2014 and won the Arctic Race of Norway overall and got 15th overall at tour de France as well in 2014
I suggest Wout Poels, who would be a great superdomestique/Co-Leader as he won at Eibar in Vuelta al Pais Vasco 2014 and the next stage he was the only one who managed to follow Contador and Valverde.
Tom Dumoulin is a new-type of Tony Martin,TT beast+1-week stage races rider.

Steven Kruiswijk will be added to the list, we will have a big poll :D
Lieuwe Westra could be a coup for us. He is one type of rider many teams would love in their team. Especially if you want to prove your the right team for a wildcard, his crucial fighting spirit might help. Maybe we have a chance of getting him from Astana, due to their unsafe WT-license according to dumb dopeheads...
Maarten van Trijp - The Rabobank Dev talent is an all-around rider, could help us in one-day races.
Yoeri & Piotr Havik could help us in one day races as well as in sprints. They both had good results in small races and could make it to decent one-day-racers in our team |

I was in a rush and didn't mention any cobbles riders other than the Kreders because it's easy to just name them .
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Hofland and Kruijswijk are quite unrealistic. Hofland has just had his breakthrough in the WT and probably won't want to rely on wildcards, while Kruijswijk also gets leadership in a GT next season.
Westra would be awesome
