Hey Rauling, if I install your DB, and I back up rider photos from pcmdaily´s DB and all, Would I be able to play my current carrier as I´m playing rigth now and then change to ride for example Le Tour with 2006db?

I can't guarantee that all rider photos from PCMDaily's DB will work with our database. It is most likely that many of the photos won't work since the filenames of the photos are different from the information in DYN_cyclist.
But yes, you can change between the two databases - but with the 'risk' that somethings won't work (rider photos etc.).
But I don't understand why you just don't make a backup of the main directory with both databases installed.
1) Install PCMDaily database --> make a backup
2) Make a clean install of PCM --> Install PCMFreaks 2006 DB --> make a backup. Then you can swap between the two databases by replacing the main directory / backup folders.

What do you mean by "work"? The worst that can happen concerning rider pics is you'll see a young Mark Cavendish in the 2012 DBs, but well, it'll 'work'.

We have done this: first letter + lastname. So it will just be with pictures of younger riders which I don't see as a huge problem.

Will007 is making the last leader jerseys for the Pro Teams.
Here are some of the PT-jerseys once again:

I have simulated half a season with Phonak (I am heading the Vuelta) and this is the stats for some riders that I thought I wanted to share with you guys.
Valverde MO: 82 --> 83
A. Schleck MO: 74 --> 75
McEwen:
SPRINT: 84 --> 83
ACC: 83: 81
As you can see there has happened somethings. Gilberto Simoni won the Giro in front of Mancebo and Piepoli.
Basso won the Tour. Michael Rasmussen won the polka dot jersey. Ullrich dropped out.
I will upload some screenshots of the stats after an entire season.
EDIT:
Basso MO: 82 --> 83 (and he has changed to Liquigas)
Klöden to Caisse
Landis to Caisse
Valverde to T-Mobile
Contador MO: 79 --> 80
