Ah yes, the end of the Giro 2010 where Wiggins threw away a Top 10 GC chance by not trying at all, so he could be fully prepared for finishing 23rd in the Tour

Dan martin looking good. He's feeling much better than the last two weeks, and is in his stage winning Vuelta form right now after battling illness. He is nvery familar with the course; he's been riding it since he was 16, and won the 2008 Route de Sud on it. Of course, being a fan, I'm bias for him to win. Here's the cyclingnews article:

More likely abilities, it would be suicide to try anything. As i said, the Tour was over after the first mountain stage and TT with 1-2 for Sky.

I think wiggins, van der broek and Nibali will atack quite late in Peyresourde so that they can build up the time difference in the descent!
