No it's not, they have been going back and fort since the Giro.
It would just be stupid by Garmin to ride for Hushovd in the sprints. He has no chance against Cav, Petacchi and the other top sprinters. Farrar has a chance to challenge them.

He does have a point though, it isn't the raw brutality that Gilbert needs. Sure, it's a hard finish, but it'll still be a sprint
