Catalunya is quite good to play in PCM10. Just take a good timetrialist and hill/mo about 70-73.
He shouldn`t lose time on the hilly stages normally and so the timetrial is most important.
Good luck.

Thanks, sounds like great advice, I'll try to send a rider with stats as you say, but I'm not sure I can because I have been using the PCM Planner.

@Batista thanks a lot. I'm really glad you like my style. Thing like that make me extra motivated.

Who are you using for MSR?

Rojas, Lastras, Gutierrez for sure, because they are like Rojas' sprint team. Maybe Kiryienka and probably a strong puncheur to follow any attacks.

img574.imageshack.us/img574/33/tirreno7profile.jpg

So its the last stage of this years race, and we are glad. It was not one of our better races so far this season, and the least we can hope for is a good sprint result today.

Todays break was caught relatively quick and it was obvious the sprinters wanted a little warm-up for the next PT race of the calendar and the first Classic of the season, Milan Sanremo. We didn't bother having a rider in the break.

img252.imageshack.us/img252/692/tirreno7sprint.jpg
The overhead view of the sprint with 1.5km left. Cav is in 1st, Rojas in 3rd nicely placed behind Cav.

img251.imageshack.us/img251/7202/tirreno7sprint2.jpg
Just outside 1km left and the positions are still the same with Cav in front.

img221.imageshack.us/img221/1135/tirreno7winner.jpg
But a quick bolt of speed and Rojas passes Cav in the closing metres. Rojas clearly pulls off his best sprint of the season, which has in general made this whole dreadful tour (T-A) slightly better.

So its one of the most fabled races in the whole cycling calendar. Last years edition was extremely exciting and it was full of joy and heartbreack.

This years edition looks to be just as exciting as last years with a bunch of big name sprinters coming to Milan for the race.

Obviously it won't be easy for anyone but the favourites have to be, Cavendish, Farrar, Boonen, Petacchi, Freire, McEwen, Ciolek, Bennati and Sagan, Allan Davis and of course our own JJ Rojas. The field is very strong and despite getting 2nd last year Cervelo have been left off the invitation list, as this year the organizers wanted to have smaller italian teams racing.

1.) Kenny Van Hummel (Skil)
2.) Baden Cooke (Saxo Bank)
3.) Jens Keukeleire (Cofidis)
4.) Klaas Lodewyck (Topsport)

Haha yeah he was still German. But we've always had a soft spot for him in Australia even if he was officially German.

Haha, I love Australia too, i've never been to Germany.

Thanks everyone. Was the video a good idea?

Now some bad news, I've played the stage and it took 50 minutes to play and it crashed before the replay so I only have one picture of the finish.

Yeah, I liked very much the video! You know, it's a short video, just the final km, good idea.

Shame you have only a picture of the finish Sad
