Even cheaper here as it`s around ~180€/year.
That said I don`t get any monthly money from the government. I once had like 35€ but it all depends on what your parents are doing and other factors.

Although I wonder, where does the government get all this money?
America's biggest problem summed up in one scentece... but that's for a different time and thread
They get this money, by investing in youth. That means much of the taxes are going to school, so the population get as clever as possible, and when they are clever, they get more money. Only americans think this is a bad idea to do. But, this sentence has the word money in it, so scots are listening to this.

Although if all of the taxes are going to military as you say, then how do people go to school? No talking about university here.
But to pay for 4 schools, supplies, teachers and faculty for them in every small town is paid in one way: taxes. Unless this is secretly the military, I'm lost.
And also, I can't imagine the higher education system working for the USA. You can't ignore the fact that even the most populated country in Europe is 4 times smaller than the USA.Not to mention the illegals who go to schools but don't pay taxes. In the town next to mine in New York that's like 1/5 of the kids.

So today i finally decided on a tattoo design! It will be my first and i am very happy with the self created design and cannot wait to get it done. That should be next week at some point, depends when i can get into London.
Before this summer i'd never seriously considered tattoos. For a long time i didn't like them. But a few of my friends got them and i've started seeing a lot more of the artistic side which can be just really beautiful. I can understand some peoples dislike of them because of more historical and social associations. It's much the same as graffiti art to me and like graffiti it has evolved as an actual artform, one which i can now fully appreciate.

I've never liked tattoos cause it's so goddamn permanent. It never goes way. It's a part of you for the next 70 years till you die no matter what.
Doesn't sound optimal to me hoenstly.

Isn't there the possibility to erase the tattoo with a laser?

iirc, it's extremely painful and extremely expensive as you don't really erase your skin but more like you burn your skin away.

Cause that's not extremely expensive and painful and does some damage to your skin.

You didn't tell us the most important part: what does it look like?
Although if all of the taxes are going to military as you say, then how do people go to school? No talking about university here.
But to pay for 4 schools, supplies, teachers and faculty for them in every small town is paid in one way: taxes. Unless this is secretly the military, I'm lost.

"Don't pay taxes" is a bit of an overstatement given that illegal migrants do indeed pay taxes. Migrants pay sales tax just like you an I. And gas tax, so they pay for your infrastructure. And pay rent (and property taxes are the primary source of funding for education in California, and assuming they pay rent and their landlords pay property tax then they are paying for education). And they make so little money that they rarely hit the threshold where the the federal government would actually keep their money (as opposed to giving it back in a refund) if they were paying the IRS. Really by your logic anyone who makes about the minimum wage and a bit higher shouldn't be allowed in to the education system in the US.
It also ignores the whole value added nature of education, where if you want to make a person more productive you provide them with training to hone their minds and skill set so that they can accomplish more than delivering pizza in their lives, which, in turn, increases the amount of money they make, increasing the likelihood that their income would be high enough for the IRS to give a shit. And hence pay income tax.
Also states with actually significant illegal immigrant populations (like California) often depend upon illegal migrants for farm labor. So they contribute quite a lot to the economy. I saw a study from just one county here in California. The Mexican migrant population were responsible for 1 billion dollars of economic activity. That was an 8th of the GDP in the county.
Immigrants make easy scapegoats. Happens here. Happens in Europe. American's have always done it. If they are different from us we pick on them. In 15 years we'll all be over Mexicans and move on to some other group.
Most economists would agree that migrants are good for countries with low indigenous population growth (such as the US). They point to countries like Russia and Japan where the populations are ageing and/or shrinking and say "You could be shit out of luck, like them." Japan's economy is shrinking, and it's only going to get worse. Top heavy populations are inevitable for industrialized economies.
American women are popping out 1.87 children each. That's below replacement rate. Immigration is the only feasible way to stave off becoming a Russia or Japan.
In addition to my academically advanced and convincing argument about how mexicans aren't bad for America I submit to you the following video for review.
Edit: I pay more for tuition than the rest of you.

They pay sales tax, sure. They also have these houses where like 4-5 families live under a wealthier one. i doubt they're paying full rent and everything is by the book. In fact it can't be if they don't have a visa or even a damn passport.
But if it is, my bad. We won't even factor in that they get paid cheaper, so they are hired everywhere., and they can't even speak the language of the country. That's not a problem with only them, that's a problem with the people who hire them too, but they are going under the table.
Top heavy populations and such doesn't make much sense to me, because our population is still huge and I assume those numbers fluctuate based on any number of circumstances at different times.
Anyway, that wasn't really the point of my previous post at all, so I'll just leave it here.
