Well my answer is not 4 because i am 100% certain you have never won the Giro d'Italia, because there has been no Danish winner of the Giro 
Alternatively my answer is B, assuming you meant every continent not any continent. By virtue of existing on this planet you have been on a continent. Otherwise you mean every and i'll just go with the probability you hvn't been to the polar regions.
Yes i am being annoying but it's a point i've made before in this game. Wording is rather important
