ahahaha nice done... your sponsors are really wise...
Mine (and I think its a bug) wanted some top 10 and top 5 in WT races even my team was continental when I started my carreer... (maybe because it was a made up team... I don't know what happened)
Yeah, same happend to me too. Nearly just WT objectives with a custom CT Team. Rather easy to edit though, luckily.

Just gained one of the most rewarding victories in my PCM career ever by winning Classic Sud Ardèche with Mathieu Drujon (BigMat - Auber 93) from the early breakaway.
I attacked early in the race and a breakaway of eight guys formed gradually. I was quite happy, because there were no strong punchers and I was the strongest sprinter. Halfway the race, we had 8' before the peloton started chasing harder.
Around 20kms from the finish, guys like Impey and Bardet attacked from the peloton. At this point, I had already noticed I was the stronger rider in our group because I had managed to create a gap by dotting at 85/90 twice. So when a mediocre rider from Le Pomme Marseille attacked from our group, I didn't panic.
At 10kms from the finish, he had 30" and Impey and Bardet had reached our group, so now I had to choose: hope for Impey and Bardet to chase the LPM guy or attack myself. I gambled and choose the second option.
I attacked with 5kms to go, crossed the gap on dot 99 and won the sprint by only a few cms. Impey completed the podium.

On my HTC Career I've just raced MSR and we had the break well under control despite in containing a few riders that could be a little threatening if left unchecked, especially in a 12 man group.
So everything seemed to be going well for us until Cav crashes out and ends up injured with a broken hand until the beginning of April, luckily he didn't have any races in that period to reassign apart from De Panne, but having already burned up Albasini keeping the break in check I was left with no option but to sprint with Renshaw.
In the end EBH and Boonen took the first 2 places from a late attack and Renshaw recovered a top 10 for the team.
Other notable results so far are Cav hanging on over the hills to take Down Under (I've no idea how he managed that one), Porte taking 2nd after failing to match J-Rod at T-A and T.Martin winning every TT he's entered so far.
At P-N Cavendish was second in the points standings which was our main goal as he couldn't live with Sagan's heavy scoring onthe hilly stages and Konig was our best placed rider on GC in 12th after being supported by TVG. It should have been TJ going for the overall there but I messed up his early season fitness so it ended up being a nice little test for Konig who will probably lead the Vuelta with Porte and Van Garderen playing super domestique roles after leading the Tour and the Giro respectively.
Next up is Catalunya where I'm fully expecting Cav to finally lose his grip on the top of the WT & CQ Individual rankings which he's held both since down under and hopefully Porte will be able to take the win.
In case anyone is wondering the full squad is Albasini, Bak, Brammier, Cavendish, Deignan, Dempster, Durbridge, Eastman, Eisel, Ewan, Ghyselinck, Grabsch, Herklotz, Howard, Konig, Tony Martin, Mezgec, Nerz, Norris, Phinney, Pinotti, Porte, Renshaw, Roulston, Slagter, Stybar, TVG, Van Kiersbulck, Vanmarke and Zoidl which might be a little overpowered but I don't think it's too bad considering how strong their squad would be by now.
I've made a few changes to other teams to try and compensate the riders I've taken as best I can (which was always going to be a problem for OPQS after taking Cav and Martin among others), and given a few young talents teams so they can have a trainer from the first season, e.g. putting the Yates brothers at NetApp to replace Konig and putting Mohric at Cannondale.

I'm currently playing a career with a small continental team. Might share it later on. I had some realism in the Ardennes:
AGR: 1. Stybar; 2 Hoogerland; 3 Sagan
Flèche: 1 Sagan 2 Weening 3 D Martin (was pretty realistic here)
LBL: 1 Gesink 2 Iglinsky 3 Nibali 4 Gasparotto

Tour d'Alpes should be Tour des Alpes.
Alpes is plural, so the article should be plural as well. |

Oh well, thanks
I changed the name myself(from Tour de L'Avenir), and I dropped French as a language early, so it kinda makes sense

If Season mode was still in the game, that would be a cool WT to play Though I guess one could delete all other races and play it in career, it'd be similar

Tom Boonen is having a decent season. He has so far won:
-Omloop Het Nieuwsblad
-Kuurne
-E3 Prijs
-Gent - Wevelgem
-Driedaagse De Panne
-De Ronde
-Paris Roubaix
Apart from the Dwars Door, which for some reason he didn't race, that's pretty much a clean sweep. |

2 stages in Normandie
2 stages Azerbeidzjan (only 4 teams participating)
3rd GC Normandie
2nd GC Azerbeidzjan
1st Berner Rundfahrt
