In terms of HQ posts.
In your own thread:
You can say the status of your riders. e.g. staying, might be available, definitely leaving.
Speculation about who your team may target is just about alright too
In other HQ threads:
You can say that you might be interested in one of that team's riders - usually in response to a post they have made.
Anything approaching offer related speak, implications of a deal, directly offering a rider to a team (as in jph's case), etc should not happen. If you see something like that, or something that you arent sure if it is alright, let me know.

Mmm I think normal users/not admins, can't add NC's, so I think I has to send them to someone who can add them, or maybe do NC's when accessoires are collected.

Can someone point me in the right direction for an explanation of how riders decline with age - is there a standard approach sort of like a reversal of the stat gain for developing riders, or is it more randomised, and you just need to wait for the new database?

Thanks folks. Perhaps more importantly, this answer also identified that I've got an old (out of date) version of the stat gains file as there are now more options than what I had in my downloaded version  . |

We need a Horner category for decline table. Riders would actually gain stats with age.

Reporters, when I center a screenshot from a race it gets quite narrow. In your reports they are wider. What is the command for this?

Hmm, I'm pretty sure that when I posted this question I was looking at a report with almost full width screenshots. But now I can't find such a report anymore. Maybe the resize script was malfunctioning.

Might also be that you changed the size of your browser.
When having my browser being half of the screen only it makes screens smaller than using full screen browser.

Half width browser was indeed the cause of the 'problem'. I feel stupid.
Pretty strange website behaviour btw. At half width the pictures become much smaller than needed.
