Stage 20 video:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZlzy...ZlzywMHj-I

You may notice the bad quality and the riders at one point riding over grass. I'm sorry for that it's just my computer slowly dying. Hope I can still use it some time, though. Grin

Contador locks in third place now. Frown

Wellens totaly cracking, let's hope he can hang on to the youth jersey. A top 10 was too optimistic I guess.

One has to feel for Shonak, the best rider in the race stopped by a fall. I think Quintana didn't get back enough time on Froome (deja vu!) to win it, but looking forward to the results!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Very good performance by Contador, shows it wasn't all AI before. Hope he has made up 20 points on froome but that is unlikely..

I'll take that - pretty decent race from Spilak. Gotta be happy with a solid top 10. Froome bot holds off Quintana and Contador gains a herioc style 3rd.

Pretty horrific stage wonders what the time gapping will be like though maybe Quintana has squeaked it after all.

Have you seen how big the gap is?! He'd have to be finishing with the fatties at the back to be caught.

Solid race from Tejay and a nice 6th place finish with a stage win. Can't be too disappointed with that. Still on to finish top 10 in all 3 GTs which, after what happened last season, is a Lazarus-esque comeback.

Well, guys, I really wish I could share your optimism. :/

----

Hopefully Shonak gets the KOM jersey, Contador has been irrationally good compared to others who are supposedly just as good. If it wasn't for the crash Contador would have likely:

- had 10+ stage wins
- Won by c.25 minutes over second place.

So, yeah, considering he is pretty much the same as Froome/Quintana such a one-sided display would have been outrageous.

Now posted the results: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....st_1147185

Stage 21 will come as soon as the video is uploaded.

I'm leaving today for some days and will upload the stage files for Tour of Vancouver and Chrono san Michel. Would be nice if someone of the reporters could take over those races. Smile

11th for Wellens would be great, not the sarcastic BMC 11th great, but actually a great result for him! Now if Danny can strike on the Champs Elysees, that would be awesome!

I could take over these as well, despite being very busy until tomorrow Smile

edit: Chernetskiy overtaking Andy on the last chance, kind of one laughing and one crying eye...Kruijswijk with a good attaack on the last stage...

Thanks for all Bikex. This sees us gain a handful of points to SAP, clearly not enough though and we'll have to keep it going. Vuelta should be much better for us. Di Gregorio basically was the only single noteworthy rider for us, not that I didn't expect it. If we remain up for another year this HAS to change, but we're really struggling...

Also congrats The Rider, 16 seconds is as narrow as it gets! Illes Balears got 1865 out of this, think what would have happened if Contador stayed up for the whole 21 stages...

Wow Martinez, picking the perfect train (Carbon Sports) to somehow come 13th on the Champes Elysses. Shock

60th in the GC and not coming last in the teams I can be especially happy with. Pfft

In all fairness, we actually had a pretty good tour given the terrible squad I sent, a few stage top tens, (most in 7th), Tilegren joining heaps of breaks and showing himself in the KOM, as well as coming third in combativity and not a massive loss to Alitalia.

Thanks bikex for the great work with results and Congrats the rider on winning. Grin

Lots of positives I can take from the tour.

- Kittel returns to last season's shape with 5 stage wins, the green jersey and even a short trip with the yellow jersey.
- 8 CSC riders finished. Must be a new team record Pfft

Although the teams above us in the rankings continue to power away from CSC. Perhaps I have to reconsider my one-terrain-approach Pfft

Do I believe my eyes!?

I felt for sure that gap was over 1'00: but thankfully I was wrong! In all my time on the site that is the first time I have had a team win a GT. What a moment: what milestone!

So close, what a battle! Going after Froome really has paid off: he is now the 1st ICL rider to win all GTs. He can rest for the rest of the season and then .... (after that stage 19) a swap for Rolland?! Who knows! But it was a big goal to eventually get a GT win for Prorace and now we have it!

That should give see us leapfrog Italo in the rankings and give us a much needed buffer: will be hard to hold them off though!

That is now 8 ICL GTs in a row with at least 1 stage win for us: hardest test of that record to come at the Vuelta. The big negative point again is the fact the breakaways don't factor much.

Quite a few teams can take something away from the race and for those that didn't there are some good races coming up no doubt!

Thank you very much Bikex!

So .... yes! Grin

hopefully Majka has shown himself enough to warrent a nice price when he leaves the next season Grin guys please don't try to steal this guy next season, it will only bring his price up in the transfer season

Congratz to The Rider, knockout and Co. It was an exciting Tour.

Not happy with the outcome since we got a bunch of stages but no jersey. Came here with an upgraded Contador, one of the best support teams and a lousy season sigh. Maybe Purito can save the season, we are still lacking a big win since Bertie's Giro homerun and Liege triumph (WC was Spain) but I am wary of Mochema.

Good race for us. Massive improvement on last year's Tour, even though Thomas was pretty quiet and we were down to seven riders halfway through Stage 2. Was hoping to be closer to 1000 points but we beat most of our rivals so it'll do.

Hopefully we can get more stage wins in the Vuelta. That TTT is extremely alluring.

Very good race for Peugeot. Rolland 5th in the GC and Voeckler very combatitive proved we deserved the wildcard and it was not a mistake sending the big guns here Wink
