Before anyone tells me: just search for it: I have tried to search for it!
And the question is: I think I saw one posted how you can change a riders speciality in the editor, but I can't find the post. And I have now started to be really bothered by cobble"specialists" with 62 in cobbles and 78 in sprint. So I would really like if someone linked me that post, or explained here how I can do it

It's perfectly playable as is. Only thing that bugs me a little is the satisfaction-bug. But since it seems to have no bearing on your riders performances it doesnt really matter. |

Oh yeah, someone should test that.

Satisfaction isnt a bug, its just a poorly implemented system. It has no effect on game really, as rider happiness doesn't have any game effect.
The specialiation thing is a bit of a bug imo, but again it has no real effect on the game, its just a comsmetic thing that is easily fixed via a short db edit (and any future database releases will almost certainly already contain the fix)
The only thing I think is a bit of a problem is fitness regarding stage races, and even that isnt too bad as the AI has the same effect. The problem being that is you target a stage race your fitness peaks day one before dropping off through the rest of it, which can be rather a big drop over a 3 week tour unless you set a post GT objective. |

As far as I know the specialization is not a bug of the game but the Daily-DB. And it has an impact on the game. But I will not go into more detail as it is not related to the game.
The fitness system does not peak on the first day. If you look closely you can see that the peak is sharp for 1-day races and round for stage races. The only problem is with stage race which are longer than 1 week. |

Yeah the Specialization is from the Daily DB. Well, the February - instantly unhappy - seems like a bug to me =) But as we both said, it doesn't impact the gameplay so... Well, i guess it could make it harder for you to renew contracts. |

I hope they've fixed some spelling errors too in that patch. In dutch, they say that the rider(while it's about the sponsor) wants to wait before signing a new contract for example
