You're not forced to send 8 riders squads to each race. It's between 6 and 8, if you send 6 to each race, you'd only need a 18 riders roster. If you sign just 16 riders you can also just buy 2 stagiares.

Either this or make more of those super clashes. 
Well maybe not with 2x C2HC then but C2HC + C2. |

Not that it very important, but 4 stagiares is a bit of an overkill just to join one race. I tend to agree that TOA should not clach with 2 "forced" races in the future.

Well that's a priority question. No one forces you to enter Tour of America just as no one forces you to send 8-rider squads everywhere if you don't want to.
As long as triple-headers are avoided in the "standard" calendar outside PT I think it's perfectly fine.

As I said, not a huge issue.
My only point being that TOA is the only "GT" for a CT team.

There is a late but tiny change to the calendar!

Due to the issue with CT teams going to the Tour of America and then having a triple clash with low amount of riders, this is fixed.
Paris-Tours no longer clashes with America. All other clashes remain the same. Hence America with Britain, Tours with Britain.
Once race planners are sent out, those CT teams going to America will notice, that they can send same riders to Tours and America then. |

This makes sense to ensure ToA is not devalued by lack of CT teams. Just to be sure, the change of dates for Tour of Britain and Paris-TOurs are the only change? (I've copied all the race profiles for my preferred calendar into existing file, would prefer to just need to change two races dates rather than start afresh copy+pasting!).

There is no other change.
Britain will have exactly the same clashes.
Tours is only losing ToA clash.
ToA only losing Tours clash.
So no need to change anything.
If you want this as calendar view. You can just download the file as posted. Moved couple days higher to have this. |
