Bora turned from a promising team to a crap one in only 1 off season.
It's a one man show but even a Sagan can't race every single race in the calendar.
Anyhow, E3 was very fun to watch. Deserved podium. |

It's a good sign for Sagan. stuff like that was never possible at Tinkoff. For first time he had a teammate in such a break. Never forget Tinkoff didn't even bother to send Valgren to these races...

Eyixx just needs to send 1 or even better 2 of Terpstra/Trentin/Lampaert/Gilbert up the road early on i Flanders. Maybe even Boonen as he won't stand a chance against Sagan on Paterberg and just let Stybar try mark up. |

Missed Dwars due to working for exams, though very pleased to see Lampaert and Gilbert doing a 1-2.
But I watched E3 and it was a great race. Phil looked great there, just missing the win because of a mistake in the sprint. Quick Step should attack with everyone in de Ronde except Stybar who should mark Sagan. Also great rides by Durbridge and Postlberger who were 4th and 5th respectively. Also Naesen is really building up to be a very strong rider. Even though he was weaker than Phil and GVA (Naesen was dropped when the duo upped the tempo on a hill from what I remember, but he got back) 3rd place is a very good result for him.
Also the pelotons got together again in Gent Wevelgem an hour ago. |
