Is it due to second place in the Dauphiné? What about Talansky? He won 
Contador has been weak in recent years in GTs. I do not think, he will better here in the Vuelta a España.

I think he should be close up there with them. He has been the 2 or 3th best TT guy this season. |

It is not fair to judge him on a Vuelta that he isn't 100% ready for.

Contador may not have Mo less than 82 because it is the whole season is very much think they Froome have 83 and Nibali 82 which showed round but much has Quintana 82 or 83 see at the Vuelta |

What are you talking about. Last season he failed in his preparations. In 2012 he wins the Vuelta right after coming back from his suspension. And in this season he has won big stage races like Tirreno Adriatico, Vuelta Ciclista al Pais Vasco and only lost the Dauphine cause his team wasn't present. |

Vueltaen 2012: Rodriguez much stronger in the Mountains.
Touren 2013: Froome, Quintana and Rodriguez much stronger in the Mountains.
Vueltaen 2014 ? Froome, Quintana and Rodriguez much stronger in the mountains, I think.

You could say Andy Schleck have not taken his training seriously last 4 seasons.
Valverde has also won many small race, it does not make him better than Quintana.
