Hey and welcome! I downloaded quite a lot of databases and variant-packs, so I am not sure whom to thank for but I guess its from the FCD-Spain Variants Pack
Edit: One thing I often do to have more variants: take stages from Tour of Qatar and Tour of Oman or similar and create your own Tour of Dubai. Maybe the start/finish cities are not correct than but for me it is more fun to play than riding always the same route.

Thanks! It's a good idea! I noted that Dubai was in FCD Spain but it's too big to download only for a race! However, maybe someone had downloaded it and could pass me the files... |

I am not sure but I think that the .cdx files are linked to real stages. Just try them in game, for me they work fine.

No-one as I can find has ever made Dubai stages. That´s the real ones...
The cdx-files pointing to different races in other countries (in Dubai case). It´s ok to use them I guess but for a fact they are not the correct stages.
The major problem (if it´s a problem) is in stage races with cdx-files. During the race you jave limited options on having a look at how the different sprints and KoM develop during the race. The end its the same, but naturally the different sprints and KoM placement can´t be the correct ones.
In Dubai case (the one I got) it´s the Qatar stages that is run as Dubai replacements with even New Zealand Classic as the first stage I think.
On a 1-day race it´s not really any different feeling, unless you like to have in-game names on hills, cobble sections and similar thing.

IIRC a spanish stagemaker was making that race for "MARSUPILAMI'S 2015 DB for PCM 13"
