I am not the leader of the crew, but I am pretty sure it's not the way we work, so the answer on your question is clear - no. Why? Simply because you and your team (whatever the name of your DB group/team is) are working on it and not PCMdaily DB team.
Also, in my opinion, it seems a bit pointless to do 2015 DB now, but it's your decision. Good luck anyways!

First of all I kind of agree that preparing a 2015 DB now is very early.
Secondly you could consider just do as I did for PCM11 a good while ago and wait for the PCM.Daily 2015 DB to come out and just convert it. Graphics shuold be fully compatible I believe so you'd just have to convert the .cdb.
That should fulfill the purpose with minumal work for you and with well balanced and thought-over stats.
I'm sure the Daily-DB team won't mind you borrowing stats etc. as long as you give them full credit (like I did back in early 2013)

Routes of 2015? That's impossible to ask from him, GoncaloMC. The routes haven't even been made for PCM 14(I don't even think the Vuelta route is even known).

He is making maillots, equipment and stages. An I'll include a race which don't come in PCM 13,Tour de Dubai, stages are excellent!
