usually not many people but since we got a dutch world champion it got a mass buff in populairty (like always when the dutch win something)
You do know that Darts has always been popular in the Netherlands, while we only have had 2 world champions ? |

Fat people and mongoloid looking people aren't races. |

Did you know that Mongoloids and Mongols(race) are look alike, that's were the term was taken, and you can't see the difference in their faces between a Mongolian and a Dutch Mongoloids except on their skin colors.
I am an Asian and I like darts(really) I enjoy it than footbal or hand egg(sorry).
In my country the top sports are boxing, billiards(pool), basketball, and volleyball.
And we're an ace on the first two sports I've mention. We have the people's champ Manny "PacMan" Pacquiao, the first ever boxer who holds 8 belts.
In cycling we also have our own Tour, The LBC's Ronda Pilipinas, and I loved the foreign teams who participated esp. The Dutch, sadly they can't withstand the heat so most of them did not finish the tour. Oh, I've seen Mike Terpstra in person, strong dude.

Because it's neither played with the foot (or actually a very small portion) nor shaped like a ball

It's definitely a ball (the definition of ball doesn't require it being spherical), plus it's a foot-long ball But even for the word 'football', there's a chance it doesn't come from 'playing a ball with the foot', but rather by being played on foot (Wikipedia rules ).
That said, we've now reached about a page and a half of off-topic, in the 'News in March' section. Perhaps this should be moved to Café Pedro?

At first I thought that comment was uncalled for, but then I thought about it for a bit....
I've seen a lot of guys who were up front one day suddenly DNS the next (without crashing) over the years. I can't remember any that didn't turn out to be doping.

I think the best thing is: how can someone be sick overnight, and the day before, still be with the best in a mountain top finish? |
