The WC is the only thing Gilbert hasn't won yet. He's won every single Ardennes classic, the Belgian NC RR and ITT and the UCI World Tour. Now he wants to be the world champion.
That's my theory. =)
I love this fanboys
What about Giro d'Italia, Tour de France, Vuelta a España, Critérium du Dauphiné, Tour de Suisse... How many times has he won those races???
Do u guys think Purito is going to lose more than 1:30 mintutes in the TT??? I dont think he is going to lose more than that.
Well it's not possible for him WC is the only realistic aim for Phil that hes yet to win, maybe he could if he moved to Sky. They'd make him Grand Tour contender with their training schedules wouldn't they?

For sure. |

He just needs a change in cadence and a Jaguar team car. |

Surely the likes of MSR and RVV are potential big race targets for Gilbert that he has yet to win? Best result in both of them to date is 3rd.

i don't give a damn i think contador was a top class climber because of the product, anyway his team will receive many calls(the new products are acting fast) and now i think that we most stop him because he was with armstrong for two years.
You know that he and Armstrong weren't exactly best friends when they rode together, right? Contador was by far the strongest in that Tour, but most of the team helped Armstrong instead.
Anyway i don't like cheater like valverde or contador but i want froome to win the vuelta,
But i think that for rodriguez it will be more hard in the high mountains |

either a slow-paced race and a break will win this, or Degenkolb grabs number 4 |

I think a break will take today. The day right after a rest day with not too many teams who are likely to put in a big chase, trying to save themselves for the coming key stages and the TT tomorrow.

I don't see any reason for Argos, and possibly FDJ, to not to chase. They have no GC leader, so they have no need to save themselves. If they don't go for today's stage, the sprinters might have to wait over a week to have another chance, so I'd say today we'll have a sprint.

I hope for it too, as the odds 10.0 for Another rider here on Daily seemed to me too generous to miss it.
