No, I just need the base plis without shorts. I'm currently working on the jerseys for Circuit des Ardennes International. Would also like to make Giro del Trentino & Castilla y Leon, but it's my first attempt at jerseys so may take a while.

Just... delete the shorts from the plis?
As for the plis 'version', I guess it's the default one with a rather low opacity.

Yes. Either name it as a normal maillot and place it in a normal folder, or change one of the settings in "Texture" to Race (not sure the setting name, but it should be fairly easy to find) and then add the race prefix in "Race".
