I find myself going back to pcm 2006 after each new pcm game...
The thing I would like to have in the new games is the way they gave you information on how much each rider would evolve, or how much bonus their attributes got from training. It would be like 130% for the riders with most potential.
Should be an option to turn on or off that.
It's also very much clicking and not very clearly to view training.
Should be a list over all the riders and which training and trainers they had assigned.
Well, there might be a list over what trainers the riders have assigned...but it's to little informative. Not seeing speciality etc.
So please do something about the training and evolution information so that we ho like to mould the next superstars don't work "blindely".

Indeed, management part has huge room for improvement but what you write here is done. When you click Team, on the right side you have a list in which one of the items gives you a view of trainers, training and specialization. |

Right in the next paragraph, ballars wrote that that is not enough for him, he knows about this option.

What do you mean? The list has rider, his specialisation, what he is training and the trainer he's been assigned to.

Yes excactely, not the trainers speciality! 
I know...should be able to memmorize what my trainers speciality is...but im not the most gifted in the memory departement. :S
But also...would be nice to see the impact of his training..and how much the rider can improve in a certain skill and how fast he does it. The stars are ok, but maybe there could be something else who maybe would give us more than just a hint to what lvl he can achieve?

Well maybe thats true to real life. When a young rider is hired at age 21, for example, the experts might be able to give a good guess as to what level that young rider might acheive but they can't know exactly how well, or not, the young rider will progress. |

I found this in the changes of patch 1.3.0.0:
- Fix: crash which could occur on the Schedule page.
What is that crash what could happen? Do they mean that there is no schedule in 2nd year of a career?
