Partly.
You can't ride 2.2 races as a WT team. You can ride 2.2 races from your team's country if you are a Pro Continental team. You can ride every 2.2 race if you are a Continental team.
So I guess you took a World Tour team. World Tour team can't race 2.2 races at all

Signing new riders?
Is it purely scouting or do you use the search screen and sign riders who are either Out of contract or contract Ending at the end of the season.
If the later, when can you negoitate with riders for the following season? |

You can use scouting for the U23 talents, as you can use the Results -> U23 screen to do that.
If you want to sign better riders(real riders), you have to use the search function -> Contract ending at the end of the season/ out of contract. You can then sign with them from 1 July to 25 October.
Although sometimes a guy with 'Ending at the end of the season' did renew his contract, and then you can't sign them. He would still appear if you search for 'Ending at the end of the season'. Still, many guys don't renew, and there are some top-riders free to sign from July every season...

Hi, I started my career with Radiocash (not changing the database yet). The first season was mainly to know how the game works. I had some good results : Andy took 1st place on Tour, 1st on Vuelta de Catalunya, 1st on Liège-Bastogne-Liège, Franck took 2nd on Giro, Kloden 1st on Tour Down Under and some other results.
Andy took was first on Rankings at the end of the season and he took the Cyanide Trophy.
Everything was nice and beautiful, but ... Horner and Kloden announced me that they are on their last season. I won a lot with these guys. (Anyway, this season I see them on free riders list. Why ?) I told myself to replace them with another good rider. I saw Kreuziger and Froome and TL, but I was afraid because of their wages. Kreuziger has a small wage, Froome is a little too expensive .
The main problem is that Andy was on the last year of contract. Three teams watched him. When I propose him to renew the contract he demanded 110k per month. I say 100k. He told me he will take a decision soon. Then, I propose him 110 k, I accepted his conditions, but he signed at Liquigas (for 103 k). In the last moment, I was without my best rider. Froome already signed, Kreuziger, Scarponi did the same, so I took Hushovd and Peraud, the only good riders still available.
Now I am in the second season and I try to make my own fitness training plans. I try to put F Schleck to compete in Giro and Vuelta, Peraud to win KOM in Tour (a demand from my sponsor) and I try to put Cancellara and Hushovd to win as much as they can in the Spring Classics, because half of the sponsor demands are about Spring Classics. |

Hi. I just started a new career with Saxo but I struggle at planning my season.
Is there any place from where I can download an already Planned Season ? Thanks.

The Australian Nationals are just too hard!
The front group lapped the peloton three times. |

on your discussion about if the older games are funnier: The "daily form" thing, that varies from 5- to 5+ arrived in 2007, and from that moment it was actually possible to win a big race with a rider of 79 in that attribute that the race was dominated by. before pcm2007, it was almost impossible to win a race if you had a rider with 80 in skill or lower. (on difficulty hard that is).
I actually don´t think the sprints have changed so much, I don´t notice that big of a difference. but I feel it was more usual that an AI rider in a grand tour could attack on a mountain stage from far out and win very spectacularly (not one of the contenders, more like one of the climber domestiques with 75-78 in MO). |

So, new DB, new career I'm currently planning the first season for Ag2r. I've never played with them before but it looks like a very interesting team. Pozzovivo will do the Giro and the Vuelta, hopefully achieving at least one Top 5 overall. Gadret and Dupont for the Tour, Hutarovich as well. Goal is the polkadots and maybe some podiums in sprints and breakaways. Nocentini goes for the classics, partly supported by Betancourt. Peraud for one week stage races. The main goal for the first season is to stay in the World Tour, and then improve from season to season. I'm aiming for a strong French-German team in the long run. Looking forward to it a lot!

I suppose that if I install the 2013 database I can not play my actual career and a new career based on 2013 database in the same time .
I must give up my actual career ? |

You can make two game folders. One for every DB. |

If you had PCMDaily's 2012 DB and will now install the 2013 one, I can't think of a reason why your career shouldn't work anymore If it was with another DB, then the possible problems are the same as always (fact that you want to install a 2013 DB doesn't change that much).
