In that case it's probably not named correctly. If the game shows Plouay - Plouay, it's because it can't file the stage files. Make sure the name is [gene_sz_filename]_2012.

Hi
I'm faced to a problem : i made a classic (1.1) which is not included in the DB so i had to create it with a Stage Editor. But when i want to play it in Classic mode, i get this :
Actually, the race seems to be reserved to australian riders, but i don't understand why

I seem to remember similar problems some time ago when there was something wrong big time with the editing.. e.g. not correct stage IDs. But as I said in the post I linked above, the easiest would be for you to attach the DB rather than for us to ask several questions and wait for answers

Well, needless to take a look at the .cdb file: the ID of the stages of a race should be always IDrace + 1000*stage_number. Since it's a classic with race ID 412, stage ID should be 1412
I did however take a look since I was curious which race it was Will you upload it?

Don't know where else to put it so I guess this is the correct place. I'm adding some races to Daily's DB but I'm having problems with Stage Races. When I add them, the game replaces the stages with a Plouay-Plouay route.
What is wrong with the way I've set up the races?

You're missing a "0" before the stage number (01, 02, 03...)

Race's added successfully, but i can't get them linked to the correct stage files (just shows up as Plouay-Plouay).
IDrace 574 to 582
filename c2_nameofstage
fkIDfirst_stage 1574 to 1582
fkIDlast_stage 1574 to 1582
IDstage 1574 to 1582
fkID race 574 to 582
no idea whats not right.

Are your stage files just called "c2_nameofstage" or do they have the additional bit like "c2_nameofstage_2012", "c2_nameofstage_manx" ?

They don't have anything else. I originally had _2013 on the ends but tired removing that to see if that was the problem. So just c2_nameofstage

Yesterday I do stage and it appears in the game like hill. But in the editor it is selected like flat.
Any suggestion for my problem... |

In the editor you normally just give the finish a definition of flat, mountain, hilly, classic, timetrial etc.
This is important for the classification that the game knows how many points the winner gets for example.
The game itself will define the real profile. So in your case even if you make it a flat finish, as there are 80 flat kilometers after the last mountain the game might give it a hilly or mountain rating.
