I'm new at this so here we go, I 'm starting a new custom team and need a nice jersey for them.
Colors: Bianchi Celest, White, and a little bit of gold somewhere
Main sponsor : Bianchi
Secondary Sponsor : Piaggio
I dont know what I have to do for the accesories. also the minimaillot what is that...i guess if you can make me one and the mini jersey picture. Also what about the bike how do I get that? Thanks man

Your jerseys are getting much better Jseadog, really like that last one!
One thing to help you improve further:
Since this is a 2012 thread, you may want to start using 2012 logos on the arms and sides, to do this, the logo needs to be "bent"
I find the best way (Credit to Lluuiiggii for showing me) is to use the "Rise" warping effect. To do this, select the layer you are changing, and press control-T, this opens the transformation window, from here, then click on the button just to the left of the tick and cross, to get to the required menu.
Simply select rise in the drop down menu, and then adjust the H,V and most importantly Bend parameters, to get a nice smooth curve, which is small near the base of the shirt (on sides) and small near the centre (on arms/shoulders)
This makes the jerseys look much cleaner in game, and will make your jerseys much better
