PCT > PT
Assa Abloy
Jura - GIANTS
Los Pollos Hermanos
Xero Racing
Fastned
CT > PCT
JEWA TIROL Cycling Team
Crabbe-CC Chevigny
Podium Ambition
Stela-Vita
Tafjord Kraft
Some teams in PT and PCT lost the fight and are relegating. Those are:
PT > PCT
ELCO - ABEA
ISA - Hexacta
Minions
Amaysim Australia.com
Binance
PCT > CT
Genii Hyundai N Cycling
Glanbia
Zwift Pro Cycling
Spark-BNZ Racing
Trans Looney Tunes
The obvious top/bottom 5 as you could have read from the rankings already.
Disbands as usual can still change this a bit, but right now the number of teams disbanding is still unclear. Most likely it will be a lot less than in recent years with most teams having already posted in the continuation thread or were in contact recently.
There are 3 teams in CT right now, that are unclear, which won`t change the division changes anyway though.
Then 2 PT teams are unknown, which could see a bit of movement down to the bottom, while 2 PCT teams are also still not decided. So maximum movement could be two PCT to PT, which at the moment would be a possibility for Indosat or Bralirwa to still make it late, while CT it would be a maximum of 4 potential teams, which are not yet clear due to CT questionmarks as well. Ekoi clearly would be option 1 but it might go down to let`s say SEE Turtles as likely last option. All below will very likely remain in CT anyway.
So for those potentially impacted teams, best is to wait with renewals until you know exactly. Unlikely all will move up, but likely at least some are going. |

Amaysim Australia.com is a team that disbands this offseason.
I must say, this is really a sad disband seeing tsmoha joined joined more than 10 years ago, which basically is my whole MG experience as well. He not only had one of the longest regional focusses of all teams since then, but also carried the game for couple seasons doing lots of reporting and other tasks.
This means, there will be at least one CT team going up to PCT additionaly, which should be Ekoi if I don`t misjudge.
CT -> PCT

Aw that really sucks. Did you hear from tsmoha or was this decision made out of not being able to establish any contact with him? If it’s the former, maybe we could pull a Grieg and convince him to hang around a bit longer?

Really a sad disband, a huge influence on the game over the years, hopefully we can see him make a return at some point in the future if the interest picks back up. Congrats to kb on his promotion!

Really sucks to see Tsmoha leave. A really good guy, that has been here for a very very long time.

Very sad to see tsmoha go. He's a guy who carried this game for a few years in the late 2010's. Simply would not be chugging along anymore without his contributions.

Two more disbands, which now should be the final outcome.
Fintas unfortunately was offline most recently and couldn't be contacted elsewhere neither. So decision had to be made at this point that his team has to disband. One more promotion due to this obviously. The actual managers should already know our are in contact with nemolito.
I want to thank fintas for his many seasons in the MG.
Hosaur is another disband, which won't impact the promotion spots. After lower activity in the first season the CT shot is given a new manager. |

Sad to see a long time manager go, but seems like the correct decision.
With Shonak disbanding, it's CT's number 8 that promotes as the final team. Congratulations to DarkWolf on the promotion

What was the point of adding new races then?

Six disbands. Eight new managers. Simple really.

That's just two teams more from 2023 - but does that necessitate the need for 3 more races?

Because every new CT teams means another 140 RD that need to be filled. Also why not just be happy, you got a 'home' race with Luxembourg

I would rather prefer if it was Tour of Bulgaria (my 'real' home race) if you ask me. This 'home' race is basically useless to me - too similar to Euskal Bizikleta.

Then just ignore all the new races. Like they don't even exist.

Mate, what is your problem It's a couple races and you don't exactly need to take part in them so move on....

Sad to see fintas go, he’s been around for a long time and was always a pleasure to talk with.
One name missing from continuation and renewals (presumably), is SN alive?
