Nice to see Roman Seigle maxed out, wish I had a way to max hm and keep him last year. Very solid rider, particularly considering he was in the CT draft when I got him.
Three of your top four available looks like an active offseason for MOL.

Wow, as UU says looks like it will be an active transfers for you. Interested in what you have cooking - making Inkelaar the new Alarcon?

That’s potentially a lot of change for your team this transfers with most of your leaders open to offers. I could see a PCT team snagging Tenorio and hoping he can try and replicate the blueprint Madrazo tried to follow last season.

I think both Tenorio and Kwiat can help any team to stay in PT/PCT or push for PT. With them leaving (maybe others too) i will have a proactive transfer season, I think. |

Huge rebuild. Someone really opening up cap space for some big moves. Curious to see how the plans play out ...

As others have mentioned, it looks like a big rebuild in on the table with the amount of cap space possibly coming free. Of course, with the team you have now you'd still also be very able to cruise through PT I assume. Looking forward to see what you do with that amount of money.

That list really looks like someone has a big plan in mind...
Tenorio's big downside is that he's 34 already. Tenorio's big upside is that he can now fit into a PCT budget... Some more days to think about it, will let you know what my outcome is

Some very interesting riders potentially available here - really intrigued to see what your plan is with all the cap space and cash you look like you're going to have available! |

The Big All In One Transfer Post
Giving that all of our terrain leaders, Tenorio (34), Kwiatkowski (33), Theuns (32), Petit (33), Lo Cicero (35) already declined or close to decline, except Galta (31), the obvious plan A was to bring younger leaders in the squad. Or if not younger, then better in that way, who could nearly sure fullfill some goals.
Tenorio -> Phinney - Better - Succes
Kwiatkowski -> Ardila - Younger - Success
Theuns -> Altur - Younger - Success
Petit, Lo Cicero -> Keough, Stash - I have some concerns- Partial Succes
Galta -> Almeida - Younger - Success
After the mentioned leaders, we say goodbye for some other riders. Thank you for your services Havik, Inkelaar, Pereyra, Akhmaevi.
Some riders arrived at our HQ, but after a short coffee time they departed to other teams. Namely Affini, Insausti, Rathe. I can add here Seigle too, because he was in loan out last year, then after return, was transferred out.
Besides the leaders, some more riders arrived to help them. Donovan and Kennaugh came to give depth at the climbing departement. Campenaerts help if they are TTs in route. Scotson and Basso are real rouleurs, both on cobbles and against the clock. Chavanne will prefer the least length distances.
Rivera, Huertas, Kolev and Majoral came to the team to gaining experience at the highest level. Van den Berg parted the team for one year for the same reason, but in the other way.
This was a very busy transfer season. We succeeded basically to change all of our leaders. There was mistakes here or there. I feel with a better planning we may obtained better sprinter(s) or an additional secondary hilly leader. Still, im very happy how my squad looks.
Thank you for everyone who i contacted or i was contacted from in the transfer season! (Please forgive me for the, altough few, overbids.)

Well regardless of how it went, I can't see you miss top 5 with riders like Phinney, Altur, Almeida, Ardila and a decent depth.
It's quite interesting to see how different your team looks in PRL and TT. Only Phinney is really a strong timetriallist with Campenaerts being the only other real pointmaker. But you have a super strong PRL setup with Chavanne and Keough also, spiced up with Stash and Scotson aswell.
When you signed Phinney though I was certain that you would focus on the TTT aspect also, but I kinda understand why you haven't been doing that.

You managed to turn one of the oldest teams into one of the most promising young ones in terms of leaders. Ardila is gonna be insane with those base stats before training.

Great job transforming the team, as others have said already. I also think the addition of Chavanne is a great one with plenty of prologue opportunities this season in PT. I fear he will cross paths with Leung many times. |

A very nice job transforming your team with younger leaders and with Phinney leading the team you are in for a good season regardless.
You were very persistent in getting Ardila so I'm glad we could come to an agreement. Take good care of him

I absolutely love those 2 guys, Jason Huertas and Kevin Rivera.
Very nice team you have here. Good luck in the new season!
