 Tour de l'Avenir 2018
The tour of the future! It's time for the biggest event of the season for many young riders! As a varied course challenges the best U23 cyclists in the World. The warm summer scene will once again see a varied profile through France, with mountains, sprints, TTs and hills interspersed throughout, giving almost every rider type a chance to succeed, but requiring a true stage racer to win.
This thread is for nominating riders to compete, teams should be 7 riders in size at the most, but can potentially be 5-6 riders particularly if one team has only that many riders. Teams with less riders can combine teams but must select a jersey to ride under in that case as well, otherwise I can allocate riders who don't have a team to mixed teams.
Riders can be nominated either by their 2018 team (loaning them in), or the team that owns them, however the 2018 in team gets priority when deciding who they race for, generally cooperation between the two teams is encouraged in that case though.
Nominations should be made in the following format (my team has been posted as an example, though in this case the Avenir Team column is not finalised), this will be updated with riders as they are nominated.

Obviously not the top top riders, but I would like to have van der Poel some kind of free element.
So perfectly being matched with another team around a GC rider only, where Carboni can be a decent support rider. But would like to avoid a team around a better sprinter than vdP is and also prefer not to have a puncheur team.
