CarbonSports wants to sign an elite puncheur or climber (79MO+ or 79HI+)
Available for deals are:
- either Greg Van Avermaet (79CB, 76HI) OR Alexander Kristoff (78SP, 78CB)
- Simon Geschke (76HI, great backups)
- Quentin Jauregui (75 HI, 23y, Pot. 6)
- Julian Kern (75HI, 73SP)
- [MUS] Adrien Marie, African Allround Talent, 22y pot 5
- [KGZ] Gennady Voronin, allround talent, all stats 65+, 22y, pot. 5
- Anthony Spencer, 66MO, 66HI, 20y, pot 5
Greg / Kristoff only available if that deal helps me to get an elite puncheur or climber, all others available for all kind of offers.
I'm also considering good offers for other riders
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

Leopard - Evonik Transfer Agency
Jakob Fuglsang:
- pair of death together with Wilco last season in CT
- 1st in the CT Individual rankings
- long CT tour dominator
- deadly cheap wage (440)
- 77 MO, 77HI, 73 TT --> the ideal CT captain
- 32, but via the potion of youth he got he will still have at least 3 years on the same level
- Danish national champion
Price Tag: 700
Nikita Novikov:
- 75 MO, 73 HI, decent back-up stats
- solid WT helper, decent CT point scorer
- Pot 6 & still growing fast
- 28 years of age, but with a late age of decline (35)
- on minimum wage (280)
Anatoliy Budyak:
- Ukrainian NC
- with 73 MO a clear winner for developement teams
- 22 with a potential of 5, great developement last year, pleanty of upside to give
- on minimum wage 210k
Vyautas Kavaliauskiens
- has one of the most amazing names in game
- could score some decent DT points
- great alrounder and valuable for every team to have, +65 in every stat
- will be worth more than he earns directly after the first year, when his contract is fixed
- has a lot of upside to give and is formable to a rider for any terrain
- will have the back up stats of stars in a couple of years time
- 21 years of age, wage of 215
I would normally keep him, but I need the cap space, so he could go for a small fee to save the wage he takes
Every other rider is possibly available, depending on the right offer. Alaphilippe, Preciado & Buchko are untouchable though.
Just keep the offers coming, I will answer to any talks of course. We are looking mostly for cash to free some space, but the right rider could also become interesting...

SAP - Bianchi are looking to sell Mikel Nieve (78 mo) great climber for a CT team but also useful for a WT team who wants someone for the mountains or a super-domestique, would like at least 300 for him, but less may be possible depending on bidding.
Also a number of talents could be available (dependent on offers and what money we need) (can't check the db so limited information here) including Tilegren, Auer, Petraits or Breuer (all 70+ in main stats some up at 74, high potential and young with low wages) all have a lot of potential to become very strong riders, some maybe even leaders.
Also we are looking to buy a WT quality leader for mountains or sprints (puncheurs also interesting but not as much ), we can pay a fee or involve the riders mentioned above, we have lots of money and are looking to buy!

Spoiler
[img]
[/img]
^ Our current squad.
Let's cut to the chase and start an earthquake: Gilbert is for sale, people!
Philippe Gilbert HILL:80, FLT:75, COB:75, ACC:81, FGHT:81, STA:79 W.1075
Gilbert's victories in the ICL :
Spoiler Roma Maxima | Philippe Gilbert | Amstel Gold Race | Philippe Gilbert | Liege - Bastogne - Liege | Philippe Gilbert | Tour of Toowoomba (Stage 4) | Philippe Gilbert | Vuelta Ciclista al Pais Vasco (Stage 3) | Philippe Gilbert | Wallonie Prijs | Philippe Gilbert | University of Lincoln GP | Philippe Gilbert | Tour du Pologne (Stage 3) | Philippe Gilbert | Omloop het Nieuwsblad | Philippe Gilbert | Strade Bianche | Philippe Gilbert | Roma Maxima | Philippe Gilbert | Milano - Sanremo | Philippe Gilbert | Wallonië Prijs | Philippe Gilbert | Vuelta a España (Stage 13) | Philippe Gilbert | Course de la Paix (Stage 4) | Philippe Gilbert |
^ That excludes his placings in the Ardennes, his world championship win and placings in other races (3rd in RVV last season: arguable the best rider in the race).
Why are we selling him? We feel having this ICL superstar for more than 3 seasons would be paramount to a hoarding disorder. He must go!
What do we want in exchange: cash offers, rider+ cash offers (1st/2nd tier sprinters/cobblers).
PM if interested! Min starting offer will likely be a low 300.
---
If we can't sell Gilbert, which I doubt, Froome will be available. I wouldn't say no to selling Rodriguez but we want him so an offer for him would have to be over 650.
Also PM with enquires about other riders in the team! Especially the Zambian champ, Robert and Vangenechten. |

Rafal Majka (28 y/o, 80 MO, 79 Hill, 75 TT, 74 PRL, 78,6 avg) and Alejandro Valverde (37 y/o 75 MO, 75 Hill, 75,2 avg) are available for a transfer
edit: fixed Valve's stats, used Kiserlovski's instead of Valv.

just for clarification, the amount that teams are offering riders, if i were to purchase one, it is the amount that team is asking, after negotiations, plus the rider's MIN wage, correct? |

I've got plenty of money to spend and need a sprinter or a puncher. Only rider I'd like to offload is Peter Stetina, 75 Mo, 74 Hill, on 240 (min) wage.

Bunzl - Centrica have no urgent desire to sell anybody but if any managers (particularly in the CT) are interested in any of our riders, feel free to make enquiries. Always willing to help out new teams (for the right price ).
Phinney, Van Garderen, Thomas, Dombrowski and 2x Yates are off limits, the rest may be available at the right price. Swaps won't interest me unless the rider is from one of our small number of target countries.

SSJ2 - Valv is 75 Mon/Hill, don't oversell him
Santos Euskadi Tansfer Hub
Looking back on it, despite sucking we did have some not terrible riders last year, so let's take a look at who's going:
| | Availability | Offer Needed | Appollonio | Davide | Maybe | Very good Cash, preferably swap tho | Ospina | Argiro | Unlikely | Swap for a CT monster climber/top talent | Madrazo | Ángel | YES | Cash/Swap for good CT co-leader/talent | Siskevicius | Evaldas | Maybe | Cash/Swap for very good CT co-leader/talent | Bennett | George | Maybe | Cash/Swap for very good CT co-leader/talent | Ochoa | Diego | NO | Exceptional | Parra | Heiner | Probably | Cash/Swap for good CT co-leader or top talent | Rivera | Ever | NO | Exceptional | Renshaw | Mark | YES | Cash | Atkins | Joshua | Maybe | Could be swung, but CT good domestique or talent | Smith | Dion | MaybeCould be swung, but CT good domestique or talent | Bevin | Patrick | Probably | Cash but preferable swap | Paredes | Nicolas | Probably | Cash but preferable swap | Paredes | César | Probably | Cash but preferable swap | Alday | Raymundo | No | Good | Lahlou | Hamid | No | Good | den Dunnen | Gilbert | No | Good | Akinyemi | Safari | No | Good | Barba | Flavio | YES | Cash (and not much) | Perez | Felipe | Maybe | Good |
Who they are:
Mark Renshaw is a world-renowned lead out man and proved his worth last year when Evaldas Siskevicus and Davide Appolonio took numerous wins, most memorably Appolonio's GC win and stage at the Circulo de Juarez.
Angel Madrazo is, unfortunately, our sole Spaniard and still-getting stat-boosts-fighting climber, perfect for breakaways, KoMs and ripping the pack to shred for your good climber who we want btw
The Paredes lads are good domestiques and fighters in the CT with countless attacks and KoM fights in .2 races last year.
Who we want:
In a word, Spaniards! In another word, Climbers! In two words, Spanish Climbers! In fourteen words, Any terrain leader preferably Hills, Mountains or Sprints please don't let us suck again [indicipherable]!
Of course, by PM you can get a rider's results/general summary, and obviously hopefully for the both of us a good deal to benefit us both

15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Specialized World Cycling has nobody in mind that we are racing to sell, but you can always drop me a message if you're interested in a rider. You should know, however, Haussler, Flakemore, Keough and Brown are definite 'no's, and Chaves and Yamamoto would be unlikely.

Italo will sell Monfort and Vanmarcke:
| | | | Pot | AVG | FL | MO | HI | TT | PRL | CB | SP | ACC | DH | FTR | STA | RES | REC | | Monfort | Maxime | 34 | 5 | 75,2 | 70 | 76 | 75 | 75 | 74 | 59 | 65 | 67 | 70 | 74 | 73 | 70 | 72 | | Vanmarcke | Sep | 29 | 7 | 80,3 | 78 | 64 | 73 | 66 | 69 | 81 | 73 | 76 | 69 | 77 | 79 | 74 | 69 |
Vanmarcke is the top cobbles rider in the game and has a decent wage of 915. Monfort is despite his age still a top stage racer especially for CT teams. His wage is 400.
PM if interested in any of those two.
---
If you are interested in any rider of W-Junior or Heineken that were added by default to those teams, you can also PM me.
Also as Martii_Scots is on a vacation, I'm doing his transfers. His team will only consist of British and Irish riders. If you have a decent rider to give away from those nationalities you can also PM me. |
