Fantastic jersey! Sure a little improvement of last years
Good luck and will be exciting to see how your team will do, you already have a base that any manager would be jealous of

Good luck in the new division mate, i am sure you will do well in PCT. I also liked the last years jersey more, but that does not mean this one is bad, just last years was superb.
After departure of Good Energy, you should have a ton of options at the transfer market. But i like italians too btw.

Thanks all!
@sgdanny, yeah, I'm really happy that I could build such a team in CT, it will be definitely helpful to have most of the useful domestiques already in the team, so that I can focus on the leaders and have a slightly easier transfers season as well!
@Shonak, thanks, I loved last year's jersey too and the sponsors in general, however considering I'm going to focus on Benelux too - and there's where InBev comes into play, I needed some new sponsors too. Kronenbourg was getting a bit tougher to spell and preferred to go with an easier name! Looking forward to battle you btw!
@dev, I'm unsure about what path to choose actually! In PCT you can't afford to focus on every speciality and have decent leaders for all but no stand outs, thus I'm going to be forced to focus on something. I'll definitely retain the TT focus considering Rolland and Boaro are already there and Sterbini will develop into a 77, so he will be loaned out, while I'm not too sure about the cobbles but considering how many points they brought to a team like Atzeca I'll have a look at that too. We'll have to see though!
@hoyle, yeah well they're both outstanding jerseys, it's hard to say which is the best looking really. To be fair though, this is going to stand out from the peloton a bit more.
@Avin, thanks a lot mate, I'm hoping that too but it won't be easy at all. About Good Energy, well I'm not sure if this will make my life easier, surely some riders will be cheaper but in some occasions it will be much harder to get the riders I have a eye on. I know there's not a lot of Italian teams but after last year I've learned that regardless of the focus, every team will try to sneak an Italian in their roster hehe.

This will be the squad we'll take to the transfers season.
Name | XPL | XPP | Age | OVL | Wage | Available? | Belletti Manuel | 4 | 100 | 31 | 72,5 | € 50.000 | Yes | Boaro Manuele | 4 | 100 | 29 | 73,5 | € 70.000 | No | Finetto Mauro | 4 | 100 | 31 | 73 | € 60.000 | No | Fonzi Giuseppe | 4 | 29 | 25 | 70,6 | € 50.000 | Yes/PT Loan | Girardi Edoardo | 4 | 100 | 31 | 72,8 | € 50.000 | No | Jeandesbosz Fabrice | 4 | 100 | 32 | 70,6 | € 50.000 | Yes | Le Montagner Maxime | 3 | 53 | 25 | 69,5 | € 50.000 | Yes | Malacarne Davide | 4 | 100 | 29 | 73 | € 50.000 | No | Martinelli Davide | 1 | 87 | 23 | 66,6 | € 50.000 | Yes/CT Loan | Molard Rudy | 4 | 100 | 27 | 73,7 | € 60.000 | No | Moser Moreno | 4 | 20 | 26 | 73,6 | € 60.000 | PT Loan | Passalacqua Alberigo | 4 | 100 | 28 | 72,6 | € 55.000 | Yes | Possoni Moris | 4 | 100 | 32 | 71,6 | € 57.000 | Yes | Ratto Daniele | 4 | 100 | 27 | 72 | € 50.000 | No | Rolland Pierre | 4 | 100 | 30 | 74,1 | € 80.000 | No | Sterbini Luca | 4 | 0 | 24 | 71,1 | € 50.000 | PT Loan | Taillefour Fabien | 4 | 100 | 28 | 72 | € 60.000 | No |
The team is happy that no rider has been a greedy bastard, except wily old fox Possoni that just didn't want to ride on minimum wage.
As for the availability of each rider, all the riders with a Yes are riders we are looking to sell and will go away with the right offer, but beware, we are not giving anyone away, as each rider in our team has his strenghts. On the other hand, it will take a really good offer for us to sell our Unavailable riders.
Riders looking for Loans with a Yes beside the PT/CT Loan status are riders we could possibly sell, although the preferred option would be a Loan. For Moser and Sterbini, however, the only option is a PT Loan.
We are looking to expand our boundaries into Belgium, especially, given the new born sponsorship with AB-InBev and the much bigger budget, that will allow us to scout riders in the rest of Europe as well. This means that we won't limit ourselves to buying riders coming from Italy and France, which will remain priority target regions, but along with some other nations.
Our main focus will be building a very strong TTT team, for that reason, some of our top targets will be strong Time Trialists. Besides that, we are looking to buy a top cobbler/top sprinter, and a very strong stage racer to survive our first year in PCT.
Finally, we'd like to wish good luck to the 2 riders that have been released, Scodeller and Vaubourzeix. Both aren't really considered on par with PCT's average level, but still offered their teammates great moral support, and we thank them for that!

Great job during the renewals, there is the ton of cap space available for Generali-AXA and with all that talent from Italy in free agency, i hope you can build a strong PCT team with strong leaders, as depth is already there.
We at Metinvest are interested in option to possibly bring one of your loanees for one year to PT, as one of those listed is even familiar with our team from past loan few years back! So i guess we will talk a bit during transfers. Best of luck there!

Looks good! No riders over 80K is a massive achievement - that's going to give you a heap of space to move around in during transfers. Best of luck and who knows, we might wind up having a chat somewhere down the line.

We wisely chose our goals for the 2016 season, expecting to be able to achieve at least 4 of them, whereas the Win goal seems a bit harder but possible if the transfer season goes as planned. Considering our short experience during last season, however, we are sure it definitely will not unfold as we expect it to.
As you can see, 3 of the 4 races goals are based on solely TT races. In fact, as we stated, we are expecting to build one of the top TTT cores of the PCT division. The remaining one, is a stage race that should favour Time Trialists that can survive the tougher slopes, and we may be able to find the right men for this task.
We don't have sky high expectations for our first year in PCT, Top 15 should be easily achievable though if we manage to buy some of the riders we are looking for. In total, our goals are far from the 23 points limit, totalling up to only 16, which means that they are not objectively crazy hard.
Being a newly promoted PCT team though, we decided we shouldn't take any huge risks and rather look to get some goals money in the next years instead, especially considering last year didn't go as planned goals-wise.

Ooh, 4 TT goals? Brave move. Could work out well though. Daily form is just a real bitch in TT with PCM15
Good luck! Really looking forward to squaring off with you wherever it may be this season.

Wow, I had 100k wage as a maximum last year and now I must see myself beaten xD Good renewals from you and you will have (If I dare say) the best team to base a PCT team on from last years CT.
Good luck

Well, having no leaders over 75 AVG definitely helped. If I had to choose I'd much rather go for Lavoine's +100k wage than Moser's 60k

I figured I should get extra motivation for buying tons of TTers and not just give up in the middle of the transfers to follow an easier, maybe more fruitful why not, path
Thanks everyone!
