General Plan:
In the DB, real cyclists will be replaced by PCMdaily members, which means the DB will only consist of PCMdaily members.
Only the usernames will be used, no real names or birth dates will be involved. Since PCM doesn't like riders without first names, rider names will be like this: . admirschleck, '.', being the front name and the surname being the username.
Teams:
Obviously the teams will be heavily shuffled. The real jerseys won't be used, but instead we'll be using lovely packs collected from all over the PCM communities. In a few cases, there might not be a pack for a country(or enough packs, since countries like Denmark and Norway will have an unusual amount of teams). In that case we'll use a pack from a neighbouring country. Since the DB is all fictional, we don't think it'll matter.
Teams are heavily nation based, but obviously not as far as national teams. There'll be a clear focus(and same goes for sponsor regions) yet some teams will have a nice varied mix of nationalities.
Obviously I wasn't able to include all of the 103000 PCMdaily members.
I made the decision to include the 480 members with the most posts, that is at 3-10-2014(when I started this project).
The line lays at 217 posts, with Martin_TB being in and Tellico not making the DB.
However, there still is a possibility of joining the DB in the form of a wildcard. You'll then enter a CT team with other people that didn't get a spot but want to be in the DB nevertheless. I already have filled up plenty of spots beforehand, so we'll definitely get 1 wildcard team filled, but personally I'm hoping for more 
Regarding teams:
There'll be 18 WT teams, consisting of 16 riders. Also there'll be 16 PCT teams consisting of 12 riders. If you are good at maths, you can figure out that's exactly 480 riders.
The wildcard teams will be CT teams, but will have riders of high potential.
Stats:
Stats are obviously completely fictional. A whole new stat matrix is created, so that it'll be a whole new experience to play with the stats, and that's hopefully a nice experience.
Stats are mostly based on post count and a lot of random factors. If you have a high post count, you'll on average be a good rider in the DB. However, since tons and tons of Excel formulas were used for this, there are no guarentees. Obviously it may occur that you were unlucky, though I have ''fixed'' a lot of stuff manually.
Also, beside this, I have also slightly highered up your stats if you were active in 2014.
Also, if your post count isn't high(or the excel formulas have been hard on you), there's a big chance that you do have high potential.
I kept that into account while doing the stats, a lot of guys with lower stats will have high(6-7 or in a rare case even 8) potential.
Also, people with a lower post count will be younger in the DB, again, that is on average.
A few extraordinary exceptions have also been made, by the way.
Best example for this is for Strydz. This has a logical explaination, he's 'famous' for his Everesting attempts irl, which got him high 'Hill' and 'Stamina' skills.
Races:
Beside the obvious new teams and riders, I'll also try to add some nice races.
These are already existing fantasy races(Comic DB will be a nice 'source' but renamed to PCMdaily names.
In total I have added 9 races, all of either WT or HC level. This includes 2 new GTs and also a 17-stages HC race that's supposed to be a CT 'Grand Tour' and runs at the same moment as the TdF.(or DW's Tour of America, in this case)
Most of these races will be quite extraordinare and should be fun to play. Some rather ''succesful'' races out of my Fantasy DB for PCM 13 are somehow in the DB as well, which might make some people happy(or not)
Wildcards:
As said, for the people not in the DB, there's an opportunity to enter a wildcard team. You'll normally be a young rider(though obviously there's another formula for this as well) with high potential, that could potentially do well on PCT level, but for now, you're 'stuck' at CT level. Long-term you could be a superstar though and the team will most likely promote as well.

You have to understand that it'll only give me some additional trouble in balancing teams and such, but obviously, since this is a Members DB, I'll be willing to listen to everyone's wishes.
All-in all, the aim is to create a fun project, obviously not based on reality at all.

Instructions:
1. Click the link and press download.
2. After the download is done, you'll find a DB .rar file in your downloads.
Extract the DB with WinRar or 7ZIP in a folder of your choice.
3. Open the MembersDB map that was just created by extracting the DB
You will find 2 maps: 'Program Files' and 'My Docs'.
4. Open the 'To Program Files' map and copy the 2 maps(GUI and 3D) to your PCM gamefolder.
It will ask you if you want to merge it with the existing maps. Answer yes.
(Your PCM folder should be located in C/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2014.
If it's Steam, it should be located in C/Program Files/Steam/SteamApps/common/Pro Cycling Manager 2014)
5. Open the ''To my Docs' map and copy the map(MOD) to your My Docs/PCM 2014 folder.
It will ask you if you want to merge it with the existing mod map. Answer yes.
6 After both the 'Program Files' and 'My Docs' map are installed, open PCM and select 'PCMdailyMembersDB2014' in the options menu in-game.
7. You're ready to play, enjoy
