I'm thinking that ~10km solo is most likely. Just the Mur de Huy is too late; 1km of climbing isn't really enough to make a meaningful run either, but I could be proven wrong.

I think it'll be decided on the Mur de Huy, yes.

Even more boring than Amstel. Fight for position and sprint up Muur.

So tempted to vote for a 200km solo... I mean come on, it's a certainty!
I have a question for people more knowledgeable than me: When was the last time this race wasn't decided by a group sprint up the Mur?

2003 probably, looking at gaps in CQ Ranking, when Igor Astarloa won. |

Thomas Voeckler will make weird faces all day, trying to scare all the favorites away from catching him, so he can snatch the victory. |

Indeed, he wins by attacking out of the BOTD. With another Basque, Aitor Osa, he goes to Mur de Huy. He drops Osa and wins by 16"

I don't agree with 5 stars for Gilbert, this is the Ardennes classic that suits him the least. He can only win here if he finds his 2011 Ibarguren form back. A top 5 is very likely though.
Moreno and Kwiatek are the top favourites for me. I think Rodriguez won't be as good after his crash in AGR. Dan Martin hasn't showed much this year, but that was the case for Vanendert as well, so I'll give him benefit of doubt.
Valverde will wheelsuck himself to a podium spot that isn' the first place.
Vanendert is a likely top 5 spot as well. I also expect Poels and Ulissi in the top 10. |

I fear the same. Would be nice if they'd add another climb just before the Mur. Thier de Huy is quite difficult as well, so a split should be made there already.

Agree with that favorites list. Looking forward to see how Martin does.

1 star for Andy Schleck. Best joke i've seen in a while.
Valverde, Moreno, Rodriguez or Vanendert will probably win. |

As soon as a German puncheur does decent for once, he's omitted from the favourites list altogether...:
Geschke at least two-star, I would even say three.

He is on Procyclingstats's start list. And so is Gilbert. |
