Unpack the .rar
Paste the folder "Pro Cycling Manager 2013" in Documents, always combine.
Rename the folder "Pro Cycling Manager - La Vuelta - Temporada 2013" to your language, and paste it in C:\Program files\Cyanide. Always combine and replace
Go to the game and choose the database in settings menu.
