Jesleyh's Realname & Stat DB (V2 OUT!)
Jesleyh
Jesleyh's Realname & Stat DB v2.0(Final Version)

This DB will give PCM 2013 massive improvements. Of course, this is one of the few DBs that gives stat improvements. But this DB got much more! This DB is heavily recommended, and already used by over thousand of PCM players! Compared to the V2, V1 is just a preview version. In the V2, the stats are done a lot more carefully, and it got a lot more additions, like variants.

You don't need the V1 to download the V2.

Feature List:
- Features of every basic Realname DB
- Stats re-done very carefully, a lot more than the V1, and also more focussed on domestiques as well. Also, suggestions of multiple communities are taken into account. Stats matrix changed a little bit, to try to prevent the huge gaps in the mountains, and preventing sprinters to finish out the time limit in every mountain stage.
- A lot of important free agents added, more than the V1.
- Potentials updated
- Variants! This DB will add 17 new variants. This means that there are f.e. now 4 different Tour routes to play!
- New country flags(Zecha's)
- New team logo's(Zecha's)
- New race logo's(Zecha's)
- New XML files, that improves the realistic development of U23 riders(Kentaurus)
- Every feature that was in the V1

The latter 4 are optional, and if you don't like them, then there are backups of the older files. They are heavily recommended though!

Features V1
Spoiler
- Real names for every cyclist
- Real names for every team
- Real BMC and Utensilnord's shirt
- A big lot of races - especially the stage-races - granted with a real name
- Real current sponsor names
- Most reserve sponsor names right(More than other Dbs up to now)
- Right logo's(all credits to the RealITAdb here!)
- A lot of cyclist photo's(All credits to the RealITA DB here!)
- Completely new WT stats, especially top-stats
- PCT & CT stats got a big overhaul
- Potential stats fixed, 7 potential is now reserved for big talents, not Basso Grin
- Talents that can't be missed from the DB added to the game(e.g. Zabel, Ewan, Herklotz, Van Baarle, Acevedo & Sayar)
- Earlier bugs of the DB are removed.

Again, stats are not perfect, but definitely better than Cyanide's. Also, you shouldn't exactly compare them to PCM 12 stats, Cyanide made the stats matrix a little bit different. AVGs are a bit different as well. F.e. TTists like Martin finally got the AVG they deserve(75 -> 78)

Good work with this.

Just a few thoughts:

- It's Joaquím Rodríguez, not Joaquín.
- Sánchez should have much lower stats.
- Lower HI for Gasparotto, Gerrans and most importantly, Contador.
- Ventoso is massively overrated in the sprints. I'd say 73-74 is the absolute maximum SP and ACC for him. He has barely any results lately.
- Boasson Hagen's climbing should be upped several points.

There's also something: Kwiatkowski having 66 SP and 61 ACC is stupid.

Thanks for the feedback!
- Joaquín was how it appeared in the DB, and I haven't changed names(except unlicensed ones).
- About Sánchez, you have a point, but I take last year achievements quite a bit in deciding the stats. He could've been to 77MO though. Then again, I saw loads of DBs having him higher stats than mine, so it isn't that bad.
- IMO, Gasparotto and especially Gerrans had quite a good spring. Didn't win anything, but that is not always necassary with 79HI. Contador sucked at Ardennes, but I suppose he didn't peak for it. He was decent in the Vuelta hills though.
- You're right about Ventoso.
- I think I overlooked Hagen's climbing stat. I wanted to change him to about 72, so not a huge difference though. Well, yeah, that doesn't really help of course Pfft

And thanks for the feedback again!

@Miguel You're right on that, indeed. I probably only updated Kwiat's main stats. I don't recall him having such a great acceleration though, but it should be higher, along with his sprint.

Cunego, I feel like I am always the one to bring him up.

He's got to be a climb when he wants guy (or only does well with a bit of help) but if we're not going on only this years stats, I say he deserves about 76 Mountain instead of 74. Got 6th in the 2012 Giro, ahead of guys that now have 79-77 in Mountain

Edit: Coquard's climbing as well. That needs to be upped.
Van den Broeck's TT as well should be higher

I have a good feeling he deserve 78 after le Tour. Cool

Mollema corrected, yeah!
Really underestimated. (tt could be higher I guess, tour du suisse was great, better than Kreuziger etc. with time trial)

Well, Mollema isn't a great TTist, and Cyanide decided to make the stat matrix so, that there are a big differences in TT stats between stage-racers, so I decided to keep that so.
Other terrible TTists, like Rodriguez, Betancur & Moreno, have even lower TT stats I believe.

The last time he proved himself as a top climber was in 2011. Starting last year, he has become more and more of a puncheur and less of a climber, as shown by his good races in 2012 - Pais Vasco, Catalunya and the Ardennes.

But I wasn't just objecting to his MO and HI stats. I actually mainly disagree with that you've given him 73 TT and 74 PRL, even though he is flat out awful in both. Especially prologues. That exception being technical, climby courses like Pais Vasco last year.

119th in the Dauphiné prologue and 145th at the Tour's, just to show my point. Not to mention 90th out of 107 riders at this year's Tirreno TT.

If referring to Gasparotto's Ardennes results, you have to consider that he got good results at Amstel and LBL because he was able to use his excellent sprint in rather large groups. He's a punchy sprinter with excellent stamina, I'd say.

Gerrans is practically the same, just a little worse on the hills. Amstel isn't really a hilly classic anymore with the new, flat finish. Just look at how he did on the Pais Vasco stage to Trapagaran to see him on a proper hilly course.

As for Contador, he'll still be able to limit his losses to a Purito on short climbs with 77-78 HI. Have in mind that Contador had barely raced all season last year, whereas Jrod had already done the Ardennes, Giro and many other races.

Okay, you're right about Sanchez' TT. Though his results can't show how technical TT routes are, and I don't know all of them by heart Pfft Well, I wasn't able to edit everything I admit, most people who download this will see this as a temporarily DB until the big ones will be there, and I just wanted to provide a stats DB fast Wink

Though this will get an update next week or so.

About Gerrans, I'm pretty sure that there was a reason that he was that bad in the Trapagan stage. Maybe that's why he didn't finish the stage after that as well. But points stand, most of his hilly wins this season(quite a few though) were in an uphill sprint. Same for Gaspa.

And I've thought about it, and I think Contador can take 78 HI indeed. But he's better on hills than Froome, and Froome to 77HI just doesn't fit for me. Well, will see what I do with that.

@Valverde Points stand, though Cunego got that Giro 5th mainly because of doing good on hilly stages(Stage 20 exception, but that was a bit of a strange stage iirc). I might up him a bit though. Disagree about V/d Broeck though. Stats matrix is a bit different(less 73+ TT guys) on this DB, and V/d Broeck hasn't really proved to be capable of better than this. Maybe 71 TT, but 70 does fine as well then Wink

@Stromeon Bit higher, ok. Not a lot though. He's fairly rubbish. He was good in the Vuelta TT, but that was mainly due his skills on the hills. Giro TT 26th isn't that rubbish either, but that's due his skills to recover in GTs mainly.

Both too high. recovery as well
TT, resistance, figther, cobbles, flat too low

A few bad months do not a crap rider make. Lower, sure. Not that much.
Also, he's a lot better on the cobbles.

At least they haven't repeated Gesink's birthday being on the 34th of the month so he never aged like in previous versions, or Cavendish always being a year younger than in real life like he was for a few PCMs

Another thing that really needs changing: Kreuziger's TT and PRL

He has completely lost his strength there in the last few years. TT should be less than 70 and PRL just above, I'd say.
