Hello and welcome to M133 Designs on PCM.Daily!
M133-Designs started out as a half arsed attempt by me to create jerseys for PCM09, which has developed into a serious hobby over the last 4 years. Thanks to constant constructive criticism by the members of PCM.Daily and a constantly growing understanding of the graphics program gimp, I could improve the quality of my work drastically and today I am one of the more renown, when it comes to graphics, in the PCM.Community.
Due to the constant improvement in quality of my shirts, I had the pleasure to be approached to contribute graphics for several larger projects, such as Databases etc.
My credentials include the PCM.Daily 2013 DB (for which I made a grand total of 13 jerseys for co-sponsors), the PCM.Freaks 2006 DB as well as being the main contributer of shirts for tsmoahs NRS Story! My work has also been nominated for several awards, with my Discovery Shirt earning Shirt of the year honours on PCM.France!
That only leaves me with one thing to say:

This is the request centre! Here you will find everything you need to make a request! You will also find the rules I have for making a request!
As with last year, I will take Requests only via PM!
NB: I will also accept requests for Logos and some banners. These should be send to me by PM, too!
You can Still request and I will still read all of them, but I have very little motivation to do a lot of requests. I am even playing with the idea of getting out of the game of shirt making alltogether (except for some projects). So unless its a very special Request, that really gasps my attention I wont do it. So, Dont expect an answer from me.
Making A Request for a Fantasy Team - What to Do?
Well,
If you plan to make a request, you should make sure that you choose a primary and secondary colour (more colours are optional), as well as up to two Primary Sponsors for your team. I also let you choose up to 4 secondary sponsors, as well as a sponsor for clothing, bikes and components/accessories (oakley would be one for example). After you have done all that, you should make sure that you have read the Rules regarding requests thouroughly and send me your request per PM. It is also important that you include the sponsor logos yourself, because I will not do any research for you!
The subject heading for the PM should only be: [Request] Your Username
Making A Request for a Real jersey - What to Do?
If you plan to request a jersey that exists in real life, then the procedure is a little different. First of all, you should include as many High Quality Pictures of the jersey as possible into the PM. I cant (re)create what I can't see clearly enough! Then, you should also include as many sponsor logos as possible in the PM, because it is not in my interest to do research for your shirt! Finally, you should check if you obeyed all the rules and send in your request per Private Message!
The subject heading for the PM should only be: [Request] Your Username
I have prepared all the Elements for my Request - What are the Rules I have to Read and Understand?
The Rules are quite simple, but essential for making a request! You should read them thoroughly, because your request depends upon it!
§1 Sponsors
Yes, there are rules regarding the sponsors! In order to post a proper request, that can be turned into a nice result, you will have to provide me with proper sponsor logos! That means:
1. Some Logos are suited better for a request than others! They just are! I prefer very large Logos with a vector (such as most of the logos on Wikipedia), cause it is a lot less work for me to use the sponsors.
1.1. Very Small Logos are not very suitable as main sponsors with the new format, so please dont send me any of those, because they just wont fit into the major areas!
2. Some Logos shouldnt be used at all! This Picture is an example for a Logo that is completely unsuitable!
3. A good Sponsor Logo has no gradient, no shadow, is as big as possible and has a good quality!
4. Always post the logo of the Company or the Product! It is not good enough to request a shirt for RedBull by only posting a picture of a can!
§2 Requests That will not be considered
As a rule of thumb, no request that isnt following the rules will be considered. There are also some special cases that will not be accepted!
1. Any request not send in by PM or requests that dont follow my rules!!!
2. This is a thread for Cycling jerseys! This means that any request involving a logo of a football, rugby club (etc.) will not be done!
2.1. Exceptions will be made for teams such as Sparta Prague, which actually have cycling programs in Place
2.2. This Rule applies only to shirts. I also offer my services to do some banners and Logos, which are excluded from this rule! 3. Any request involving blatant or hidden political content will not be considered! this includes Logos from politcally motivated programs, government agencies etc.
4. If you asked somebody else before me, I WILL NOT be doing your request! Either you ask me first, or you dont ask me at all!
4.1. Exceptions to this rule can be made when the other designer has reffered you to me to do the request... I will check this, so every liar will be caught with his pants down!
4.2. Dont request with me and then post somewhere else, just because you want to compare results or because another Designer promises a quicker result! It has happened before and I have always found out! If I catch you, you are done! That means you dont need to request with me ver again! And your design will be used for someone else. Beware of your actions! ultimately its your loss not mine!
§3 Exceptions to the Rules?!
Exceptions to the request Rules can be made. However, I only grant them in special cases!
1. The request is about essentially about demanding more graphical stuff to be done for an already finished jersey (NC's, etc.)!
2. Little (or Bigger Projects) such as DB Work (as I have done for lluuiiggii and the Daily DB in the past) or my current project which is Tsmoahs NRS Project!
§4 L'etat c'est moi! (or: I am the Decider!)
Well, there really are only two rule, but to stay in the format!
1. I decide If I want to do your request or not! There isn't anything you can do about it, cause it is my spare time in which I do your request, and not yours!
2. Constant Questions about your request will lead you nowhere... It is ready when it is ready. Impatience will be punished with a prolonged waiting period or cancellation of your request!
I have read all the Rules (eventhough some of them seem stupid to me) and handed in my (proper) Request - What the hell happens now?

The rules may seem stupid for you, but they are essential for me, as it helps me, to serve you better and quicker!
Now that you have handed in your request, you cant do anything but wait! If your request is Valid, you will get a PM from me, which will say that I either accept or reject your Request. If I should reject it, you have my permission to seek the gratitude of another designer (I will recommend aidanvn13 and fcancellara who are both very good at designing shirts and both of them know their Stuff).
After you get the PM which said that I accept your request, You will have to wait some more! I usually try to get them done as quick as possible, but I do get sidetracked from time to time, so patience is essential (I refer to §4.2 in the rules)!
Furthermore, I want to highlight that all further communication regarding a request should be done with the original Subject line of your request, so I can quickly connect your questiuons to your requests.
If your Request didnt follow the rules, then it will be obvious to you, cause You wont hear from me... AT ALL... If you dont get a PM back that means your Request is invalid! If you still want to get your request done, you should read the rules again and correct your mistakes! Afterall, it is not my responsibillity to make sure that your request is valid,but yours! Just saying...
My request is done - Can I ask for more?
Of course you can! I always love a good repeat customer! Otherwise tsmoahs NRS would look a bit odd with all the riders wearing the same shirt .
As long as you follow the rules, I am happy to accomodate your request...
And yes, you can also ask for NC's and other stuff (though I havent made a proper accesoire pack in more than 2 years...) for the jersey I just did for you. As long as its in a PM, I will do it! (at some stage )
Aaaannnddd this post will once again be way to long, but it has to be said...
Anyway! Enjoy requesting, but do it by the books!

Guess we can expect some nice shirts here! As said in the intro, you definitely became a great shirtmaker with quality improving with every new work!

Both shirts are very good. But on the Morocco jersey I would add another sponsor(national airline or something) on the sides and the back of the shorts. I can't find any critisism for the Glanbia jersey, simple but good. |

Phew... After writing up the rules for requests, I am quite exhausted. Had to be done though, afterall, most of the Rules I was using are over three years old. Some of them even five!
Anyway, I hope that I dont have to add any rules that soon
@Aussie: Admirschleck is right! Its a request and on the pictures I was provided with, there werent any other sponsors but Polar... Not even the national airline! And to be quite frank, I was already leaning out of the window by including the code of Arms in the front, cause I couldnt identify it properly!

That's quite a long request instructions, I doubt anybody can have doubts after reading it  But tbh, the logo on point 2 of paragraph 1 is definitely 'usable' with the multiply/screen effects (and ctrl+I)

I think thats the last remeniscence of the WiRa Rules I still have... I am currently looking for a replacement though! And youd be surprised how many people still get it wrong The last time I updated the rules in my pcm12 thread I explained everything quite thoroughly and I still went on deleting half the messages!
