I just want to say that we have used some of your stages in the Danish Road Race Championships.
It was:
Foix - St. Lary Soulan
Verdun - Bar le Duc TTT
Good stages. The road in the Foix-stage was very narrow and that made some problems because of the big peloton but it was okay

Margh Norway had the idea and posted some pictures in his thread, so I tried it, too.
Under the street are two narrow ones, on which the route is placed. You can see them shining through the top surface street.

The time trial? If yes, I believe it has already been done by vmbw3. With your latest 2 stages, I think only stages 5~7 are missing.

All vuelta stages have been done by Spanish community in the PCM Spain pack
