Despite the fact that lluuiiggii is impressively good at avoiding bugs, there ought to be something to report sooner or later.
Don't forget to check the F.A.Q. before posting, though.

These are now fixed with the attached file. Europcar's TT wheel and Champion System TT frame bugs are fixed with this and work with already started careers (so even if you have already started your career it's still useful to install this). To fix the others, however, you'd need to start a new career.
To install:
1 - copy "PCMDaily2013DB.cdb" to My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2012/Mod/Database
2 - copy 3D to your main PCM folder (usually Program Files/Cyanide/PCM 2012), and click yes if asked to merge folders/overwrite.

When I try to start a carrer, if I don't choose French nationality, my game will crash. I think I'm not the 1st person to report this. |

Happened to me too at first, but after I started it with french nationality once it now starts with any nationality

I had a crash first time I tried starting a career. Tried it again with exact same details and worked second time around.
First time may have been because it was a fresh install and none of the folders would have been created in My Documents - just a guess though. |

In that case, use the attached database, then it'll work. Copy it to My Docs/PCM12/Mod/Database. But this won't work for on-going careers, you have to start the career with this DB for it to work.

Small mess up from me, apparently the files are not included in the All in One package.
So if you have the All in One package, download this and extract the files to your main PCM folder (usually Program Files/Cyanide/PCM12) /3D/Cyclists/Equipments/Frames.
If you already had the Expansion Pack installed and just downloaded the updates it's not needed.

Alors je l'ai fait et quand je click sur Carrière, retour au bureau systématique, pourquoi ?
D'ailleurs j'ai remarqué que le même soucis se produit quand je clic sur "Tour", et quand je reviens sur l'officielrelease, le soucis perdure.
Sorry i speak french, but my english is very poor. For resume, i encounter bug can i clik in career... But i have already install the fix...
1. I have install PCM Daily's 2013 all in one, in my PCM 2012 1.4.0.0.
2. I install fix.
But the game not ok... |

When I play career mode some of the Pro Tour teams don't ride the Vuelta. I tested it with another career and different team and it's only this race and the same teams are missing.
Where can I fix this with a editor?

Weird, I just checked tank's .cdb and the Vuelta is set to force WT teams participation like any other WT race. But anyway, it can be fixed in table DYN_team_race.

Apparently the solution for the other members is just to keep trying. Trying with a different nationality and later with the one you wanted might work as well. I myself have never been able to constantly reproduce these crashes ( = for me they happen randomly), and most of the times that I tested it worked rather than crashed, so it's hard to find a solution. Same for CrueTrue (in post #6 he says it works fine for him).
If you are experiencing the crashes at all attempts to start a career (but is it with Daily's DB or an edited one?), try copying the attached regen file to Main PCM Folder/YoungRiderCarac. It's more of a guess rather than a solution, though.

The question was just for curiosity, not happens a lot. I would say once every ten times. The crashes happens with Daily DB and therefore with any modified DB based on this one. Have you considered if it was a recent change in STA_region? |

If I understood Legorn's post on this thread (#13), it happens even when he's back to the Off Release. So I don't think it's something related to the .cdb file.
